HDR didn’t work.

No matter what I did I could never get it to work. I reset it, ordered a USB from Samsung to update it and factory reset it after a small setting reset. Nothing worked. I’m pretty sure this is a fluke but it definitely put me off of Samsung televisions for a while. Other than that the television was fantastic! It looked amazing design wise and 4K content was very crisp and had a lot of definition.

Thank you for purchasing this Samsung MU8000 UHD Smart TV. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with picture quality.
Some users experience cloudiness as they enable HDR+ while watching HDR content, as there is no need to enable HDR+ when watching HDR content.
That feature is for SDR content that you wish to upscale to HDR. You can try disable that feature and see if that helps to solve the issue.
