Great tv, great picture, but couldnt get my samsung soundbar to connect via bluetooth. Overall, love the size and look of the tv.

Was looking to upgrade from a 55" Insignia. Settled on this one after talking with associates in the store. Impressed so far with the TV, great picture, good sound, etc. Best feature for me is the box connection for all the hdmi, digital audio, cable, etc. Instead of plugging into the TV directly, there is a box that attaches to the back of the TV with a 4' cord that has all of the connections. This allows access without trying to get behind the TV once mounted. You can set it on a shelf or hide it behind the TV. Great idea! Looking forward to football season. Roll Tide !!

I wanted to move up from a 55" to a 65" and found this Samsung to meet and exceed my needs. Great picture. Easy set up. Small simple remote. Hooked into my Bose sound system and I an totally satisfied.

4K looks amazing!!!! From sports to red tube, I never thought it could look that good!

I first purchased a Sony and my wife and I were not happy with it for multiple reasons. So we returned it within a couple of days and got this one instead, and we are so very happy we did. Not only is the tv clear, concise, and very user friendly. The picture looks great and the user interface is one of the best I've seen on any tv or smart device. However, it's the little things that make a huge difference and two of the best things about this tv are first the one connect is a perfect compliment to keep things in order and second the option to run the power and one connect cord through the tv and the stand so you don't see any wires in the back. Hands down, you will be happy with this tv.

Picture quality is pretty good for its class. The black is not as black as an OLED tv but its good enough for a mid range TV.

We love the look of this tv. Doesn't take up too much space with the legs on it. Has the best picture of any tv we've owned.

4k on this tv is great, better than I could have imagined. Watching 4k Blu-rays on this tv is super. What really put me over the top on this tv was watching football. Its just smooth. Highly recommended

I purchased this TV and received a damaged, non-working television - Samsung has provided absolutely no customer service to resolve the issue. Due to extenuating circumstances (moving into a new home, new baby, etc.), I didn't open the TV until three weeks after receiving it. I learned upon removing the packaging that the bezel on the top center of the television was dented and the screen was completely spider cracked. The box was also dented and pierced at the same spot as on the television. I immediately contacted Samsung. I placed 10 calls, waiting for up to 2 hours each time to talk to a representative, for a total of 447 minutes on the phone. I was told that it was outside of the 15 day return policy and the limited warranty was void due to physical damage. I attempted to escalate the issue with representatives multiple times; however, I was never contacted by a supervisor. I also submitted an online request and emailed the Office of the President, which took 21 days to hear back from customer service! The original submission indicated that I would hear back in 24 hours. Ultimately, I agreed to purchase a TV (~$1,500) in excellent working condition when in fact I received a cracked and dented TV. It was defective on Day 1 as well as the day it was unpackaged. This is deceptive business to point to a return policy under these circumstances. Make sure you are willing to risk having to deal with Samsung customer service before spending hard-earned money on this TV.

This TV is perfect. Picture clarity is crisp and clear. Remote is so easy to use to change apps from tv viewing to watching movie thru Netflix and Amazon prime. My only regret is not purchasing sooner!

We had a 55" tv in his same series and wanted a larger tv for our living room. We liked the 55" so much we went with the 65" and it did not disappoint. Using the apps is very easy and picture is great.

Love this tv. Stepped up from a Samsung 40" to this big boy and am very happy with all the features. Geek Squad set me up nicely, even connected my Bose 3-2-1 system. Love all the apps, voice search for YouTube videos, and all the smart-tv perks. You can't do better with picture resolution quality than Samsung.

This tv is larger than life and perfectly designed. Picture is crisp and clear. Pairs quickly and easily with digital cable. Lots of features. A great deal overall. Wouldn’t want any other brand.

Beautiful picture, smart features are easy to use and set up. Be absolutely SURE to watch and or read the unboxing and handling instructions. The screen is extremely fragile and easy to crack!

This is a great TV. The clarity and sound are extraordinary. Since this is a 4K TV, be sure that your cable provider has 4K in your area and get the 4K cable box. You will get a better picture.
