TV picture and design is great. However, one of the main selling points for me was the man who was working the floor told me the One Connect cord was really, really thin and almost clear. He showed me an example of what it would look like on a TV that was on display. When I unboxed the item, the One Connect cord was not the one he showed me on display and it was bulky and grey. It was very disappointing as I planned to mount the TV on the wall.

This tv replaced an 11yr olds Samsung LN52A650A1FXZA 55in that has served my family well. . This 65 in is great. The smart features work great. I have a strong wifi setup so I know that helps. The picture is great with the correct input and it performs in a bright room. I family loves this TV

The first week i couldn’t focus on the show because everything felt too real. It was almost if the people could walk right out from the screen. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m finally getting use to it. I cannot imagine what it would be like to play a game or watch a movie.

I first purchased a 70" Visio 4K TV from BJs wholesale and on my way to pick it up I decided to stop at Bestbuy to speak to someone about the Vizio. I've always purchased Samsung TVs in the past and after talking to a fantastic salesman about the comparison of the two I realized the Samsung M series was a much better TV for the price. I am very happy with this product and would recommend to anyone looking for a great TV

purchased this as a replacement for the basement TV and now I find myself watching most of my programs down there. The picture is great and connecting it was so easy.

The picture quality is out of this world. You’re right there! Having amazon and Netflix at your finger tips is amazing and much more. Best purchase and the price great!

We love our new Samsung, the the Geek Squad guys, Joe and Giovanni, were wonderful setting up our TV and sound bar in a challenging setting. They made sure we understood how to operate our new system. They were very helpful and professional. We are so glad we got their help.

Picture quality is excellent. Would give it 5 stars but some of the internet functionality is spotty.

Set up simple to turn on but a little tricky to connect to surround sound system and get video feed.

I carefully looked at every set that Samsung made in the 65", 4K range. I noted large differences between the 6000 series, the 7000 series and the 8000 series. For the money, I did not see that great a difference between the 8000 series and those above. I, therefore, chose the 8000 series. I have not been disappointed. The picture quality is spectacular, as I saw in the store. Delivery was right on time and very friendly. My only negative is that you cannot just turn the TV sound off; you must take it down to zero in order to not have interference with the sound directly from my 4K DVD player.

The picture quality on this TV is simply outstanding. ALSO, the TV's remote control is SO "user~friendly", which REALLY helps for people that are NOT "tech-savvy".

Awesome picture!! Deep colors. Once Samsung fixes the Netflix black screen... this will be a 5 stars!

finally took the plunge and upgraded to 4k from a 46 lcd samsung. well worth it. DVD looks like Blu ray. the sound is suprisingly good. deep blacks and vivid colors

This is one of the easiest televisions to set up. Voice controls on the remote are awesome the picture quality is great and the ability to hide your wires is awesome.

Color is extremely vivid. Movement on tv is clear and the picture quality made it look so real. The price was perfect. So glad I purchased. You will not be dissapointed.

TV has beautiful picture - was a great bargain on sale. Incredibly easy to hook up to a PS4, sound bar, Charter box, netflix etc. Samsung did a very nice job here

I bought the TV and I loved it from the minute it stepped into the house. The picture quality is amazing and it's a 4K bomb. It's great for game consoles like Xbox.
