Great picture and reasonably understandable control functions. I had the Geek Squad set this up for me and it has worked well. Out of the box, I had a temporary issue with the TV turning itself on in the middle of the night each day. That was resolved once I contacted Samsung (through Geek) and they walked me through updating to the latest TV software. Note that to stream UHD, which is not available from most services, you need a high speed wireless or wired connection (~30-50 Mbps or higher). Excellent value and near HD picture even on non HD channels.

We have been thoroughly satisfied for over a month now. The picture of the tv is great and the sound Is completely fine once turned to optimized. I was scared I would need a sound bar but no issues thus far. Never owned a tv this large or expensive before but I highly recommend. Using the Best Buy card for 24 months interest free it's hard to beat.

The tv was a gift. I also installed it. It’s 4K and it’s a Samsung. Enough said. It replaced a curve tv by Samsung. Good tv but is was not able to do hdr so it had to go. My brother seen my tv and said he wanted one. Hopefully I can get him to upgrade the hdmi cables and get the Samsung 4K player and the Apple TV 4K. See you soon.

This TV exceeded my expectations. We upgraded from a five year old 65" LED Samsung. What a great picture, both for watching sports and movies!! I had the Geek Squad set it all up for me(TV, Polk sound bar, & WiFi), glad I did, they were done in 30 minutes including handling a modem issue with Comcast. It would have taken me 3-4 hours.

I will only buy Samsung and only from Best Buy. The people really want to help you with your decision and are very knowledgeable.

I bought this TV as a replacement for my previous Sharp 65”. It quit on me and fortunately I had GSPP so I had some credit to replace it. Had to spend a little extra but this TV is worth it. No issues to date and one of the worries I had after reading reviews was the side view but it is great and have had no issues. Great buy!

The reviews showed this TV to be at the top. I was concerned about the remote as I read so many negative comments about the remote controls of competitor TV's. The Samsung remote is an absolute work of art! Small, easy to use and a gem. I tossed my ROKU and several other remotes out the window and, now, only need the one remote. NICE!!

This replaced an aging LCD TV, Spent a little more for the 8 series and am really impressed with the deep colors and dark blacks.

Purchased this Samsung after returning an LG 8000 series bought from Dell which delivered w a cracked screen. After researching this Samsung seemed equally good and we are really pleased to date. Super easy setup, clarity and picture are great, even the standard sound quality is decent (even though I’ve now added a Sonos Beam.
