Never been happier with a TV purchase. TVs used to be difficult to calibrate because the factory settings used to be awful, but this one was pretty decent out of the box. Once I turned off the Auto Motion which stopped the jerkiness, did a little bit more fine tuning, the picture was gorgeous. Still marvel at it.

Easy setup for anyone. DirecTV was easily installed. The best thing about this is the picture and the value you get for a 65 inch 4K that delivers an amazing picture even in a room with many big windows with sunlight coming in. I use this tv for my work when I do presentations, hoping up my iPad and MacBook to it.

This is my first 4K tv and well .... the clarity is so good you feel you are in the room as the movie or tv show is being filmed. Very easy to set up and adding applications is a breeze. I have had a few times when the tv turned on by it self, but that is minor. Overall I am very glad I bought this television.

The picture on this TV is adequate - inferior to the 2016 KS model. The recent Samsung smart TVs have a number of issues that owners have been contacting support (Samsung, not Best Buy) about with absolutely no action. The built in wifi is terribly inconsistent and underperforms (I have a 225 mbps connection - speedtest.net rated the tv's download at 1.3 mbps). Additionally Samsung places sponsored content in the application hub - if you want to spend $1600-$2000 on a TV to get ads for Hyundai and America's Got Talent (or Transformers, as seen in the attached photo) this is the model for you. I've been purchasing Samsung TVs exclusively for the past 15 years. I will not buy another Samsung product after the problems and lack of response by Samsung to them. But really, putting ads in the UI is enough for me to dump Samsung.

So far I love the set. Picture is amazing. Upscaling on old movies is fantastic. I hope it last longer than my last Samsung plasma that only lasted 13 months with bi-annul repair costs. It's a shame to have to buy the warranty, but I have had longevity issues with all brands these days. Still working at 60 days no issues.

We prefer Samsung TVs and this seems the best value now. It has the box for connection and 1 cable to the TV. Remote is easy to use. Only complaint is that I can’t get it to run my Samsung sound bar. Have to use the universal remote or the sound bar remote. Seems Samsung could get them to work together easily.

Color pops endless bezels makes the tv even better looking. Dynamic range of colors good for gaming good 4k features

Color, sound, and image are fantastic. TV had sleek design and looks beautiful when mounted. 4K graphics are amazing when viewed.

Best Buy salesperson was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He explained the tv and was helpful during installation. I had a question about the sound and he got me going quickly. The picture is beautiful and the size is big and perfect. Overall, Best Buy performed outstandingly and the tv is great.

Best Buy has always been my appliance store, they have the latest product and best knowledge about their product.

Works as advertised. Love it. Would purchase again. If you’re really looking for a solid tv at a good price, buy.

I looked at Sony, LG, Sharp, and Vizio but I always come back to Samsung because it is the best TV on the market.

We decided to get this tv because my boyfriend and our kids play a lot of video games and we stream movies and tv shows almost daily. It's a beautiful picture and love being able to see images clearer when the screen is dark in a movie etc. This will be a tv that we have for a few years. Definitely worth the money.

We recently upgraded our tv to a 4k ultra hd. What a difference from our last tv, which was not a 4k, just a normal hd tv. The salesman at the store showed us the difference, which really helped us make the decision to purchase our now current tv. The picture is so clear and bright, we are in love with it.
