    Got the TV mounted by best buy, surge protector and everything. 30 days into it the tv is completely broken. Just blinks a dim blue light on the screen and thats it. Samsung's "service" process is awful.. it has been 5 days since my initial contact and they say in the next 48 hours a third party person will call to schedule a 'service'. The kicker is they say i have to unmount it before it gets "serviced" but if there is any visible damage, even a scratch they won't touch it and the warranty is voided. So.. I have to unmount it but if it gets scratched when I do it they are off the hook. DO NOT BUY THIS TV or deal with Samsung!

    Great picture, but horrible blurring during sports

    There are many things to like about the tv like the color and the picture size. My issue with the TV is trying to watch sports on it. The stutter and pixelation is horrible. I am surprised to not see more complaints regarding this. Overall the tv is fine, but for what it costs, you shouldn't have to worry about this.

    TV LED malfunction

    Our TV was only purchased in October of 2017 and the LED component for the unit has to be replaced at a cost of over $1,400. It should have lasted longer than 4 years. This particular TV model has been breaking down consistently based on current reviews, but it was very good when working.
