Great TV

Easy to use. Bought it while it was on sale. Love being able to control it through the mobile app especially when I can’t find the remote. Had to buy a new stand because the tv has 2 legs instead of the one central.

I've read other reviews that mentioned the sound issue. I guess Samsung wants us to buy a sound bar to go with this tv. Its not so bad that I can't deal with it, but is a small irritating issue.

Poor quality TV

After I briugh this TV within a couple months I have to call Samsung because the picture quality went bad with lines across the screen. They came and fit it however within one month time the same thing happened again and I had to call them back. I asked for a new TV and I was told that I cannot get one because it had been less than a year since I have the TV and they must attempt to fix it at least two times. They came and fix it the second time. However I still believe that the lines may come back at any time on tue screens. My advised is if you want a good quality TV this is not the one.

Tv is good but!

Samsung did replace the tv screen , but it was hard to digest. Once it was replaced, so far works fine. Very good picture quality and sound.

OKAY for the sale price

Great basic TV

I could have done another brand, but have always enjoyed the quality and price combination that Samsung delivers.

Great 4K Smart TV for the Value
