Tv is nice looking.. wasn’t happy about the picture quality.. was on 120 h. Would glitch when when action movies .. make sure you buy a 240 H and 2160 P for an awesome picture

Not the best TV in the market but it's not bad at all. Picked up 2 for my dj business. They look great and thin enough to transport. Only issue I have is that they only give you 2 HDMI inputs. Picture quality is great.

Well, believe the negative reviews. This TV has a very mediocre picture. Even after tweaking, you see blurred lines, digital pixels & little contrast. I tried to return the TV an hour after hooking it up but Best Buy’s system still showed it out for delivery. So after lugging it to the store, I had to leave with it. I have a Samsung 55” TV that I absolutely LOVE. This piece of junk doesn’t compare. If you cannot afford to pay $1000 for a better Samsung model, I would offer you look at Hisense & TCL which offer much better pictures, but questionable long term reliability. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this TV. The folks giving it good ratings are likely coming off a small, cheap TV & think this is quality in comparison, but it’s really not. Hugely disappointing picture for a UHD 65” Samsung. Tomorrow, weather permitting, this crappy TV goes back to Best Buy.

When I left off my computer and printer, I was told they would be ready on Saturday. I received a call on Thursday that they were already done! They explained what was done and I was on my way in record time....and got it back 2 days earlier than expected! Thanks, Geek Squad!

The TV worked fine for the first 2 weeks,then every time i turn it on the picture would just start flashing on and off and blue lines will go across the screen, it is only on and off for only a few seconds at a time it will do that as long as it is on. The only way i can stop it is to unplug for 2 minutes then it will work just fine.Every time i turn it on i have to go thru the same process.i have sent them 2 messages for them to call, and no response.but when its working its awesome..

This was an excellent value for the TV , It was an open box model so me and my wife were wary about buying it, but we decided to take that chance and we haven't been happier. This was the display model and they were good about getting us all the items that came in box.

This TV has been exactly what we thought it was: a great Black Friday TV with limitations. It’s only got 2 HDMI inputs which works for where it is for us but many people could buy this and not realize this.

love this tv! the only cons that I have found is that the high contrast is too much and needed to be turned off to attain proper coloring, other than that, it has beautiful display, and one of the best upscaling I have seen on 4k tvs in this price range !!

The two HDMI inputs only allows me to plug in the cable and switch that allows more devices. I wish i would of done more research for this item

I’m still a little lost on what or how to use to its fullest potential.. as there are no instructions, been nice if your not going to put instructions in you should include geek squad included

I am really satisfied with my purchase especially with black Friday deal. My only complaint is the Internet processor is pretty slow. It takes quite a bit of time to load Sling TV.

its good but you get what you paid for not many port only 2 HDMI, a ethernet plug and a usb port. No composite ports nor a aux output.

Samsung TV was bought during thanksgiving. So far very good. Watched very few ultraHD to check the TV but its very good with respect to HD streaming. I hope the TV quality lasts longer. Having some problems with internet connection though.

The image quality is good. I purchased a UHD HDR Blu-ray player with this and the image was quite nice. The bad thing about it is that when I’m watching cable the volume cuts off and I have to change the channel or turn off the tv or unplug the power cable to get the volume back on. Also, the WiFi doesn’t connect at times and you have to unplug the power cable again for it to work. I kinda regret not buying the Sony TV instead.

This set replaced a 2010 samsung LCD tv. I bought it as a g.j gift for my next door neighbor. You should gave seen his face when I brought it to his doorstep. Thg he set has an easy to use menu screen.

The picture of this TV is great, but the smart TV functions are hit or miss. Trying to play something on Hulu almost never works

Black Friday at Best Buy Gilroy was a smooth process, went in and got out right away! My new Samsung TV is awesome sauce! I have been busy watching back to back shows in the comfort of my family room. Thank you so much Best Buy!

Besides the brand name being samsung, its not like your standard samsung Tv's, quality lacks and the frame rate is quite dissapointing. For $600 tho I cannot complain

I ordered this tv online and it was delivered to my house at a scheduled time. It arrived exactly when they said it would in perfect condition. The picture is awesome and we have used the smart features and love them.

Picture quality can be better. Tried different adjustments, still not as clear as our other samsung TVs but for the price we bought it on Black Friday its worth it.
