We got this tv in November 2019 and by September 2020 suddenly got blurred lines. We had it in the living room and it was turned on maybe 3h per day so I don't understand how it happened. Luckily it was under 1 year of buying and it was still covered by manufacturer guarantee so they came and change the screen for free. Otherwise it would have been a totally disappointment.

Good size and good quality picture although speakers aren't as loud as smaller Samsung TVs.

Purchased this for my Lions Club as it was one of the prizes on a raffle ticket we had. The person along with her family that won this was very happy!

Good tv for daily use, I didn’t have some issues with losing pixel but then Samsung took care of it.

The tv is ok. I would have rated it 5 starts if it had buttons to use when the remote is misplaced.

TV is a great size, smart functions work quickly. Although some apps freeze, which require a power down & restart 30 seconds later.

I had no problems ordering on line. Got my tv at the time I requested and was pleased with the courteous delivery guys.

The TV has been great, but we are not a fan of the navigation menu. Switching between inputs is a little cumbersome.

I purchased this TV model for my living room and have been in love with it ever since. It's HDR capability to delivery such vivid colors is beautiful.

Purchased my tv a couple months ago and has not gave me any issues. Iv had this tv previously two years ago and it is in great shape! Highly recommend. Love it

Purchased this TV for my mother. She's extremely happy with it so far. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a good value on a new 4K TV.

We got this TV last Black Friday. Great tv. Great deal. Did purchase sound bar with it to help sound quality in our poor acoustics living room.

I was unsure how the reception would be on a screen this large in a rural area but it is great! There are many other features which I am still discovering

Great TV for a great price on Black Friday. Big fan of Samsung TVs and was stoked to pick this one up for our gaming room.

I've had this tv for one month and the remote is already malfunctioning.

Having issues with the sound going out. You have to turn the actual TV off (not the cable remote but the TV remote) to retrieve the sound back. Speak via chat online with a tech who gave step by step instructions to get it to stop. that last about a month and back to it. They did the same thing. (Samsung) Never offering a replacement.

Purchased this tv as a raffle prize for a holiday party. Overall, a good value for the tv. Have no idea about performance, but the winner was happy!

The picture is hard to see from the side, it is somewhat blurry but overall, for the price, it is o.k..

Excited to purchase big screen. My son excited to play his game in this screen. And good price.

Image is great and TV worked well, after 7 months I had issues with several vertical pixel lines being a solid color. Screen was replaced under warranty. After 10 more months the replacement screen did the same thing. It’s now out of warranty. I’d previously been an exclusive Samsung tv customer but after this I’ll look at other brands. Note: Samsung did offer to cover the screen as a courtesy but I have to pay labor. I’m not sure it’s worth it at this point because I have no confidence in a replacement lasting more than a few months, based on the two I’ve already had go bad.
