    I am not a tech person so this review is strictly based on everyday use and performance. Bought this model on Black Friday. Now I know why they were trying to get rid of it. The first one I received took 3 or 4 pushes of the power button to come on. Every other day the sound would go out and I would have to unplug the tv and plug it back in (learned this thanks to an online forum with others having the same issue, so a known issue). Who wants to do that with something that should work correctly every time? The second one turns on the first time but has the same sound issue. It’s not as bad as the first one - - maybe once a week I have to unplug for sound but I wish I had just requested a refund instead of an exchange. I don’t know what to do now. My friend had to drive down in her truck just so I could take it back for exchange because it’s too big to fit in my car. I pride myself on researching big ticket purchases. Did not do my due diligence on this one.
