Sound keeps cutting out

I looked this issue up on the web and numerous other people are experiencing the same issue. I tried changing one setting that was recommended by someone else with this issue and it did not fix my issue. I am taking it back tomorrow.

Had to have screen replaced

I called and Samsung set a tech to replace it. The replacement screen has 6 vertical lines on it on the left side of the screen.i noticed this after the tech had left. Very disappointed. I will not buy another Samsung product

Poor Quality

It now doesnt work at all and the screen is just completely black when it gets turned on, we have troubleshooted and nothing works. Definitely would not recommend.

Didn't even last 2 Years

This is the second Samsung TV I have owned that has had issues. They used to be my go to brand, but quality seems to be lacking. I'll be using other brands going forward. I'm not too picky about my TV's, but I do expect them to work for at least 5 years, budget or not.

Complete Junk

After 2 weeks of telephone calls to tech support they agreed to fix it......only to find out there were no replacement parts. Ended up returning I'm t to the store I bought it from for an exchange which was my goal to begin with.

Don't buy this one

Hulu will only allow for the primary account to be watched, Amazon Prime doesn't play at all, menu selections are slow to respond, and it does not maintain an internet connection. I had to connect a streaming device to this TV, which defeats the purpose of a smart TV. I have 3 other Samsung TVs and none have these problems.

Starting get lines

Didn’t take long and now the screen flashes lines every few minutes to seconds. Time to purchase a new tv. Boooooooooooo! Will definitely get the warranty next time.

Worked great in the first 4 months

Worked great for the first 4 months, then the picture started flickering and leaving vertical lines on the screen and video hits. Made the call to samsung to investigate, there coming out Monday to evaluate. They better be bringing me a new TV!!

We thought it was the HDMI cord and replaced the HDMI cord but that wasn't the case.

Black vertical line straight down left side of screen. Now entire screen has colored and wider black vertical lines. They come and go throughout viewing. Extremely disappointed!
