The TV and remote looks cheap, poor picture quality!!!! Save ur money and spend a little extra for a different model TV!!!

Purchased during Black Friday sale by June (7months) later it’s showing white lines and the picture isn’t clear

It is not good, screen used after one year have problems

I was liking my new tv until the sound started cutting out. it is not connected to a sound bar or any other devices. there are no software updates needed. I looked this issue up on the web and numerous other people are experiencing the same issue. I tried changing one setting that was recommended by someone else with this issue and it did not fix my issue. I am taking it back tomorrow.

Within 2 months the screen was non viewable. I called and Samsung set a tech to replace it. The replacement screen has 6 vertical lines on it on the left side of the screen.i noticed this after the tech had left. Very disappointed. I will not buy another Samsung product

We ordered this tv on Black Friday 2.5 years ago and it had lines running down the side of the screen not even 6 months after purchase. It now doesnt work at all and the screen is just completely black when it gets turned on, we have troubleshooted and nothing works. Definitely would not recommend.

I've had this TV for 4 months and when I turned it on the other day I could only hear sound. No picture..

Three month ago TV developed 6 lines on the left side of the screen, very small but visible

Picture and sound started going in and out consistently. This is the second Samsung TV I have owned that has had issues. They used to be my go to brand, but quality seems to be lacking. I'll be using other brands going forward. I'm not too picky about my TV's, but I do expect them to work for at least 5 years, budget or not.

Screen went out after 65 days, just past the return period. After 2 weeks of telephone calls to tech support they agreed to fix it......only to find out there were no replacement parts. Ended up returning I'm t to the store I bought it from for an exchange which was my goal to begin with.

This TV was returned the next day, had dead pixels out of thebox. The TV is OK for a starter ultra HD TV.

Returned item. TV has outdated software. Hulu will only allow for the primary account to be watched, Amazon Prime doesn't play at all, menu selections are slow to respond, and it does not maintain an internet connection. I had to connect a streaming device to this TV, which defeats the purpose of a smart TV. I have 3 other Samsung TVs and none have these problems.

Just over a year after purchasing to screen started getting lines on both sides of the screen. Didn’t take long and now the screen flashes lines every few minutes to seconds. Time to purchase a new tv. Boooooooooooo! Will definitely get the warranty next time.

I returned this tv, I purchased this for my mom as a gift. What a piece of junk.

Really upset about this TV. Worked great for the first 4 months, then the picture started flickering and leaving vertical lines on the screen and video hits. Made the call to samsung to investigate, there coming out Monday to evaluate. They better be bringing me a new TV!!

I have very bad experience with Samsung - 65" Class - LED - NU6070 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. suddenly stopped picture display then contacted Samsung & they very rudely said that we can help only within one year of item purchased. now its you to decide to get repaired or buy new one.

Just ok nothing special does work but wish I waited for price to drop

We purchased the TV in November, a few months ago lines came up on the screen, left hand side. We thought it was the HDMI cord and replaced the HDMI cord but that wasn't the case.

Samsung I trust , but not sure , i bought this tv , and after a year it started showing stripes on screen , no gray screen when I start , It is no more working Not sure what I can do with this tv Mitesh

Had my tv for 3.5 months. Loved it until 2 days ago. Black vertical line straight down left side of screen. Now entire screen has colored and wider black vertical lines. They come and go throughout viewing. Extremely disappointed!
