Customers are saying
Customers commend the 65" Class LED NU6070 Series 4K UHD TV for its exceptional picture quality and affordable price. Many users are pleased with the easy setup process and the TV's large screen size. However, some customers have concerns about the limited number of HDMI ports, occasional screen issues, durability issues, short lifespan, and the appearance of vertical lines on the screen.

Terrible TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible TV, horrible picture quality, bad audio, everything sounds muffled. To give an idea of how awful the picture quality is, when I was watching a football game, you could not even make out the names on the back of the jerseys, that's how blurry the picture quality is. I initially had my eyes set on a different TV, one that I had done a lot of research on, and was looking forward to buying. I was advised to come back on Black Friday and buy a TV, as they would offer additional discounts, which I did. Upon arrival, a Best Buy rep convinced me to buy this TV instead, it was, in fact, cheaper, and he told me the picture quality was far superior. This was all false, and I am furious. This employee must have made commision off of the lie he sold. Do not buy this TV. You will regret it.

No indication the TV is turning on
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far the TV has been working as expected, with one huge issue: I can't tell when the TV is turning on! It's completely silent, and there is no indicator/status light/led (solid, blinking or off).I've owned two Samsungs in the past and both made an audible sound AND a light would flash. It's especially frustrating because as it's going through it's warming cycle, because I can't tell if it's turning on and I'll hit the power button multiple times, which causes the TV to turn off immediately after it's warmed up and booted. Has anybody else experienced this? It's been doing it since DAY 1 of the TV, and I just can't take it anymore. I can't believe a TV manufacturer would release a TV that has to warm up/boot with no indication of what it's doing.

Absolute Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV because I bought a smaller model about a month before I purchased this and I love that TV and thought I would keep a good thing going. This TV has always struggled staying connected to a network; Ethernet or WiFi, didn't matter. I had to reconnect multiple times. After 2 months, the screen began to flicker. It started out infrequently but the last two weeks have been significantly worse and often times the TV will not even turn on to anything visible on the screen. I told Samsung multiple times that the behavior didn't start until a firmware update but they insisted that there is no way to downgrade to see if it made it better. After a week, they sent a tech out that said the issue is one of two panels. Both panels out of stock and unsure when more would be in, indicating a severe issue with this TV model. Now the TV is darn near useless and we are still waiting on Samsung to make it right and let us get a new TV. It will NOT be another Samsung. Apparently this will be getting what we paid toward another TV at BB but, obviously, that is going as slow as the rest of this mess has gone... In short, it is a beautiful TV but be willing to waste a lot of time for any issues with it and expect an issue pretty quick in the TV's life.

3 yrs and out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exactly 3 years after purchase, the right side of the screen is now dark. Besides issues with it staying connected to Wi-Fi, every now and then, it has been ok.

Never buy a Black Friday TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the day after Black Friday on a whim because they had a ton of these leftover at my Best Buy. Had no problem buying it, getting it home, setting up, etc, AT FIRST. Quality of picture wasn’t too bad. Was kind of a pain figuring out which screws to use for mounting. Anyways, literally 1 day after the 2-week return period I tried downloading some apps, but the tv would not allow me to login to my Samsung account. Contacted Samsung and they had me reset the whole tv.. which completely messed up the tv. Everything was deleted, apps, picture settings, all of it. I wasn’t able to accept the terms and conditions while setting up after being instructed to do so. I would get an error code and was told to wait 30 days for a software update. Was never contacted after that, so I continued to wait for a reply until a couple weeks ago where I was told they were going to repair the main frame board of the TV, even though they kept telling me it was my internet (not true at all, my Sony Bravia works spot on). Awaiting my appointment scheduling I got an email saying Samsung failed to repair the TV so they were issuing me a refund through my local Best Buy... Longer story short, I returned the tv with vague instructions and got a 7100 from Samsung. Didn’t want to continue with Samsung, as I’m still very bitter towards their awful customer service, but Best Buy employee convinced me to get an actual model rather than the Black Friday TVs. Moral of the story, never buy a cheap Black Friday TV even if the price is tempting.

SERVERS DOWN
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV on black friday because it was a good deal. The first few days it worked fine. After that it kept saying it was unable to connect to any of the apps. After calling samsung support and doing a factory reset it wiped out everything and kept getting stuck at the samsung terms and agreements page. The error basically said that the samsung servers where down. While one the phone with the agent he informed me that they have been receiving a lot of complaints with the same issue and that there is currently no solution. The only thing he could say was that their engineers are working on a fix. With no estimated repair time i would just have to wait until I receive and email from them. I escalated the phone call to a supervisor and asked since this was their error is my tv still covered by it's 1 year factory warranty? she stated that the warranty only covers repairs and since there is not yet a solution there would be nothing they can do!! I'm will be returning the TV and NEVER... NEVER purchasing another not so "SMART" samsung TV again.

Picture quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For supposedly being a tv with 4k uhd with hdr picture quality. It is no where near that!!! I even bought a brand new rocketfish 4k uhd hdmi cord to go along with the tv. My 9 year old VIZIO had a better picture than this. Should have went with the TCL 6 series or even the VIZIO E-Series! Not worth the sale price of $599, wasted money for sure. Now stuck with a $600, 65inch average picture tv! Never again will I buy a Samsung TV.

garbage even for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv on black Friday. The first tv I got ended up being replaced under warranty just outside of a month. I had a row of blinking white dots bottom right of the screen. 5 months later the tv I got to replace the first one has weird rows of dead pixels. I contacted Samsung and they are acting like I am crazy for being annoyed at all the time wasted to have people come to my house and check my tv to make sure I didn't cause the damage. They will come again and I will push they upgrade me to a better model because they have wasted enough of my time with this model and Im not dealing with this models issues any more. I don't even want a free upgrade I will pay the difference but they should buy out this tv that keeps giving me problems.

This tv absolutely sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv is going back tomorrow. The picture is horrendously blurry. The colors are awful. There aren’t enough settings to tweak to get a decent picture. It’s either way too dark or way too light. Hooking up my Xbox One X was a complete nightmare. Every game looked horrific. Everything looks white and washed out. I can’t take this piece of garbage back quickly enough.

Good while it lasted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV when it was $1200! Thinking it was worth the price. Even bought the 2 year warranty. By year 3 it started flipping out, and eventually the picture went out. Called Samsung and of course want to charge you for someone to come out and repair the TV is possible.

Slow interface
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Clicking between apps is frustratingly slow and sluggish. For the price and size I think you get what you pay for. I would recommend save up some money and buy something better.

Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this TV for a little over two months and it already has vertical lines covering the screen while watching. Contacted Samsung and they refuse to stand behind their product and make things right. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for over 10 years but I will no longer purchase their products. Customer Service is horrible including the Office of the President for Samsung when you contact them regarding their product failure. Once they have their money, they are done with you. STAY AWAY!!

Junk dont buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.these tvs are from last years black friday and they where 599.99 not 649.99 so the word clearance is misleading . The tv has a bad display card mine is already acting up . If you bought one and the sound is going in and out this is another sign to contact samsung not best buy . The lines in the display come next and then white screen then black screen so dont buy it . I am a real customer and I am very disappointed in this product

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was an ok TV until it stopped working after 2 weeks, just a black screen but with sound, called samsung and said it had to be repaired, returned it to best buy no problem and bought the new vizio D series, same price and much better picture and motion rate (no lagging pixels) and has better features like smart cast

JUNK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LED screen started having vertical lines on the left side of the screen after about 11 months. Now after the warranty expired the entire screen is shot. No help from Samsung, they evidently have a known issue they are doing nothing about, there is a service bulletin out about problem. This is a common problem just google it.

Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst TV I have ever bought. Do not buy if you are into old school gaming. No Av port and it will not recognizing a receiver to connect with the TV. I tried Onyki and Denon either will work even though the Best Buy staff said it will. If you want a stupid TV just to watch Netflix great other then that it’s a waste.

Warning
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Warning this particular model is not working with Samsung, they will not want to replace it they will put the replacement on hold until their software development team fixes the issue for anyone that has this television. If you already bought this television and you still have time, take it back to Best Buy.
