    the tv no have 30 days of use and was defective, on screen aopear black big line at the right side. Was repair by warranty, they replace only the part damage ( all front screen and arrive 3 weeks later). Seven months lather happend the same defect on screen i changed for sony xbr.

    Picture is decent, not the brightest. Loaded with junk software you can’t remove. The biggest overall problem with this unit is the random shutting off. Firmware update in future might fix this but for now it would power cycle 5 to 6 times a day. I returned it for the TCL 65inch!

    If I could give this TV a zero I would. Bought last year sometime. Now I’m having problems with storage, this tv comes with 1GB of storage, but Samsung has forced apps onto the tv that have taken up all the storage and can not be deleted. So now I can’t update the tv can’t update any of the apps they lock to the tv, can’t download any apps from the store, can’t use external drive to store the apps on. Just stuck in the water with 800$ washed away. Will not be buying anything Samsung anything for a long time. Also over 200+ other complaints about this same issue and no fix.

    I bought the tv on Black Friday and tv lasted 5 months. The screen acted up. It had some weird static, rainbow screen or multiple lines all over screen. Luckily i still had 1 year warranty on it. I was offered a newer model in 2 weeks.

    Quality of picture not to my standard. Exchange it for a Q7 series although the picture quality was better still not to my standard. Will purchase a top-of-the-line Samsung TV next time.

    In a year this piece of junk has had the screen go out in it 2 times. The repair process using the warranty from Samsung was a pain due to the techs breaking the back upon the first repair and then the screen on second repair of the broken back. Less than a year after the first screen replacement the screen is yet again going black on the opposite side now. The customer support from Samsung was a joke and now the screen is going out again. Never will I again buy any Samsung products. I feel they are overpriced and overrated JUNK! Phones included.

    Worst thing I've done. Bought the TV and TV foot stand broke literally 2 days after. Samsung tech said it's because it was installed incorrectly. I bought it with the stand installed and Best Buy isn't taking any responsibility. $600 down the drain with a broken tv. Waste of time, effort, and money. GEEK SQUAD won't even do anything either.

    I’m not giving it any stars this is the worst product I’ve ever bought. In less than six months the tv had some white spots in every corner of the screen. So I contacted Samsung because it was still under warranty. They send a tech in and the tech said it needed a new screen. The tech was on the phone for like half an hour talking to Samsung describing the problem and telling them that they needed to replace the screen on the Tv. So after all that time Samsung decided that the problem wasn’t bad enough to replace it.

    Love the TV on bought on black Friday, it has everything i want. Still don't know how to hook up my IPHONE or apples tv. Instructions arent' very clear.

    While removing this particular television from the box, it barely touched the floor and the framing came apart and the left corner of the screen cracked. After speaking with a Best Buy associate, I was told that the TV was not repairable and I should bringing it in, pay Best Buy $25 to recycle it and just purchase a new one...I have have purchased 10 other Samsung TVs for my rental properties and are quite happy with the older TVs. However, I can tell that this model is definitely Of lesser quality. I do not plan on purchasing anymore Samsung TVs in the future.

    TV had horrible backlight bleed, which was just to much to look past directly nighttime viewing (we’re talking 40% of screen). Returned for higher up Samsung model which is much better.

    It’s a smart tv but wouldn’t Bluetooth so had to run cable then it just switches apps while watching tv or just turns off. I hate it!!!

    Purchased this brand new, barely used this TV in our livingroom, and 2.7 yrs into this purchase the screen is breaking. Have a 3” wide strip from the top to bottom where the colors are all wonky. It is wall mounted and never moved. We really liked the TV until the strip in the screen went bad. Ridiculous to pay so much and the TV barely make it 2.5 yrs. This big screen was a treat for us. Very disappointed!!

    Tv lasted 2 1/2 years. Best buy makes you purchase their service plan to even consider talking to you. Took 4 calls and 2 non call backs from a supervisor before finally refusing to get off the phone before speaking to a manager to finally get my TV fixed. Maybe I have to high of expectations but I expect a 65 inch TV from a high end TV brand purchased from a reputable company to last more than 2 1/2 yrs.
