Frustrated with Best Buy!

Setting are to generic

Have you tried Auto Motion Plus for judder reduction?
Here is the step-by-step guide to change Auto Motion Plus settings:
1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen
2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus
Note: This option may not be visible initially. Continue scrolling through the Expert Settings Menu to locate Auto Motion Plus
3) Then Select Auto Motion Plus again, and you will see the following three options:
a) Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off
b) Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used
4) By selecting the Custom option, you can further access these advanced settings:
a) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
b) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn On/Off
The NU7 is also designed with lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking. You can try the different preset picture modes that fit your viewing environment.
The “dynamic” picture mode is the brightest. Movie mode is the closest setting to calibrated to the way the director intended, as it uses less enhancements, and will likely result in the most accurate picture. We recommend Standard mode at home environment for the everyday viewing experience.

I have a rule not to be the first to buy a Samsung product but I broke my own rule and I bought this TV and it broke down the second week that I had it. I called Samsung customer service and they gave me the run around. Best buy was very helpful in exchanging it

Do Not Buy

We purchased it and it went out exactly 1 year and 1 month after purchased. Took it in for repair and they advised us that the TV is shot and not repairable. Don't waste your money. Will not be purchasing another Samsung TV as this was our first and definitely our last.

Disgusted!

Bought this TV in 2019 and a couple of months ago it started showing 2 vertical black shadows. One shadow has now grown wider and is in the middle of the screen. We've only had this TV for 2 years!!!

Broken once Home

You didn’t see it until it was turned in. Best Buy wouldn’t send someone out with a replacement so it was returned as is. We did not get another one. The TV might have been great, but we can’t attest to that.

Not good image

Have you tried the “dynamic” picture mode? It is the brightest among all picture modes.
In addition to the display screen, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality.
The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

I’ve read several reviews of this happening to other people. We spent over $800 on this TV and I will never buy another Samsung product again.
