Was a great buy for a Samsung product. You pay a bit more for quality, but everything is sharp and the sound is better than expected.

Great picture. Controller is sensitive and doesn't akwsys work. BB won't come out and we have to call Samsung to try to resolve issue.

Very satisfied with the features. Picure is excellent. I am used to a remote with a number pad. Would still prefer that feature.

Vivid 4K and HDR when playing on a PS4 or Xbox1. Great for 4K movies. Only issue is game mode will suddenly switch off and back on which causes screen to do dark.

It's a Samsung. Has lived up to my expectations. Important thing to note is that the TV comes with local array dimming and not full-array unlike some of the cheaper competitors like Vizio and TCL. However, the panel quality is far superior and reliable. If reliability is what you are looking for go with a more trusted brand like Samsung/LG/Sony.. I say this since I was in the market for a TCL R617 but couldn't commit to it, seeing the many complaints of panel quality issues ove the internet.

The picture on this TV is excellent! The sound could be better, but fixed that issue with a sound bar. Happy with this purchase

I love my TV. I bought it, even when it wasn't on sale. A bit pricey, at the time, but I was looking for quality over quality. Absolutely satisfied. I get so many compliments, and the TV surprises me, everyday, with new things I discover it does.

I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews when trying to decide on which Smart TV to purchase. The Samsung reviews were consistently very good. The price was comparable to others I reviewed. When Best Buy had a $300 off sale it was a no brainer. Happy with the TV and loved the price

Have no complaints bout this tv....bought it during Black Friday / Cyber Monday 2018 cuz my previous tv died after 12-14yrs....it was an LED Samsung 55"...So it died just in time. Been a year now and it's still running like a champ and connects to all my devices with ease

Great picture, great user interface, great sound. Have experienced some reboots but that’s the only downside I’ve had.

Bought this for Superbowl. Picture quality is good. Enjoy the apps and ability to stream in 4K. Not a fan of the remote.

Great picture and usability but wifi connection is temperamental. Not sure if this is due to provider or TV connection.

Good Overall for the sale price. A little confusing to adjust picture and set up at first. Definitely need sound bar.

It has a clear, crisp picture. At times it can be difficult to get off the smart tv app screen and onto cable tv.

Larger and way brighter picture. Only criticism is the sound could be a lot better. I guess they want us to buy a sound bar.

Can’t stop watching movies. I know that there’s better TVs out there but for the price on this tv I got a great deal.

We were lucky enough to purchase this TV over the week of Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the price was just right. The TV has been performing well to our standards. I did a lot of research beforehand and I will say I'm glad I got this when I did. I don't think I'd ever pay the normal or small sale price for this TV. However I do wish I would have gotten the 75" version of the same TV when it was on sale. All in all it was a great buy and I love going to Best Buy to get it.

I was looking for a tv that was 120hz refresh and didn’t break the bank I found this tv. I am very happy with it.

Very good quality picture, sound isn’t great but I used speakers. It is very good functionality.
