Sometimes screen gets blocks, some times picture shakes especially if you watching something that has ticker on the bottom. Picture is crisp though. best buy recommended using audio quest HDMI cable.

NOT the TV'S Fault and Not the SALESMAN 'S Fault. We were just trying to get the biggest and Best TV for our money! This TV would have been Great if we didn't have such a small room!

The description didn't mention that the open box good meant no remote, no box and no stand or mounting hardware... The TV is incredible but I ended up having to spend another $150 to buy the remote, stand and hardware..
