Menu is a little different than previous models. Hope it lasts longer than my 65” NU6900. Just 2 years old and a lot of black shadows on dark backgrounds

This may be the greatest TV I've ever used. The usability and quality is amazing. Would recommend over any other brand.

Screen is clear, functionality of online apps work fine. Sound is a little quiet. Wlhad less than 2 months, hopefully it will continue to perform well.

I love it and would definitely buy it again. I might could have used a 75 inch but was afraid it would be too big. 8 would definitely reccomend this TV

We’re very happy with the TV! Wish the instructions were a bit easier for programming but generally good.

The outboard legs on most 65" tvs would not fit on my tv stand. I had to upgrade to this model to get a center stand. No regrets this is a great tv.

Samsung makes Great Products and this Tv is no exception.. I am extremely Pleased..

It work as good today as the day I bought it Samsung TVs seam to last a long time. Works great with switch and PlayStation

I was looking for a good tv , but I don't want to spend a lat of money , an this tv was in my budget and the images and settings are very good , only one thing I don't like is the control is to small , I wish come with 2 controls like one review I see in UK , como with 2 controls .

Only a suggestion, sound could set with treble and base for tone quality, my wife and I have sound issue's i would ike yo adjust more treble to sound.

Awesome tv still running strong after a couple of years. I have no complaints other than the remote stopped working.

I love this TV, it has so many apps build in, and options to get more. The only downside is that you need to find the build in manual for it in order to learn how to navigate and set things for the TV. A written manual in the box should be a lot better (I guess I'm old school).

the best of the best picture quality--- very poor sound-- tinny sounding-- very difficult remote to use-- assumes everyone is a techie!

I didn’t expect my tv to be this good the video quality is epic there is no fluctuation with the WiFi like the 6 series, it’s just grate I like it

Great Hd tv. Crystal clear screen the colors on the shows look so vibrant just like really being there in person

Overall a good TV. Has some issues with the remote. Had to get my original TV replaced with another one within 20 days of purchase since the remote had locked me out of the TV. The new TV has some lagging issues with the remote, but otherwise a good TV for its price.

I would say good TV for the money. It sometimes freezes when going to different apps. Also the DirectTV Now beta version that is pre-installed frequently freezes or disconnect. I have to switch to the Firestick app to minimize the freezing. Overall a nice TV for the price

This was a well researched investment to our basement media room. Almost 2yrs later, and it still has day 1 screen quality!

For the money this is one of the best TVs you can buy. Links perfectly with other Samsung products. Very impressed with the upscaling technology.

It has made me very happy. I had to get used to the remote but other than that it seems to be easy to operate. I thought the picture would be better because in the store they have the high def top of the line video playing but maybe I just don’t know how to set it up. Thanks
