Awesome picture for about 10 minutes

But after about 10 minutes I lost the picture and it blinked between a black screen to a light blue glow at the bottom of the screen. I returned the TV the next day, I could have exchanged it for another, but I had a 50 minute drive one way and all the time unboxing and set, then the reboxing.... I was out of the mood to try it again. Not sure what happened.

I am very sorry for the unfortunate experience with your TV and understand your disappointment and hesitation to try the TV again.
Please know that even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of damage, a TV is a very fragile device and can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, internal damage could have been done.
