    I bought this as what I thought would be an upgrade from my LG - 55" LED - 1080p - 240Hz - Smart - 3D - HDTV. I'm glad I didn't sell my LG tv yet. I'll be selling this one instead!

    Worked good for about 11 months and then the issues started. It would come on by itself several times a day or night. Been worked on several times and still doing it. Have to unplug when I leave the house and at night

    Horrible banding

    For an edge-lit TV it had horrible banding, and even one cloud spot that looked murky. Got it for a great price but ended up returning it. I could not justify paying the 1k for it.

    Horrible Product and Terrible Customer Service

    I purchased this television back in January. When I hooked the TV up, 1/3 of the screen was clouded out. Called BestBuy and they replaced the TV with no issue. After about a week, the TV would not connect to the Samsung remote. I downloaded the Samsung app so I could use the remote from my android to get the TV from cable to Netflix, etc. I contacted Samsung regarding this and they sent out a new remote. I received the new remote, connected it to the television and the same issue continued to happen not even a day later. Called Samsung again, they stated they would have a technician call me to schedule an appointment to come look at the TV. After waiting 2 weeks, that call never came. I called Samsung again, and they stated they would make sure the tech would call me this time. I waited a week and again no call. During that time, the display stopped working on the TV. I would turn on the TV and there would be no picture, just sound. At the time of purchasing the TV I also purchased Best Buys protection plan. After that second call made to Samsung with no response, I called Geek Squad. They came out, looked at the TV and ordered a new motherboard and a new sensor for the Wi-Fi. They came back a week later, replaced the motherboard and Wi-Fi sensor. The TV worked for a few hours and then stopped working all together. Now I am waiting for them to replace the whole display. Best Buy told me that they cannot "junk" out the TV at this time because Samsung is paying them to come and "fix" it each time due to the 1 year manufacturers warranty. In total, I have been without my TV for just over 3 weeks now. These issues are still not resolved and I would highly recommend you do not purchase this television. I would also recommend looking at other brands, (SONY or LG) as Samsung's customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I will not be purchasing anything else from Samsung!!!!! The only reason I gave it 1 star is simply because I have too. This product and Samsung's customer service deserve 0 stars.

    The picture is very crisp but I cannot get the color correct. The tones and color are off. I have tried to adjust but cannot get it corrected

    Very disappointed with this Samsung product. The remote control not working properly. The only button that works is the power button to turn on and off the TV. The rest control buttons not able to communicate with the TV. Only the red light blinking on the remote control when try use the remote to control the TV and no response from the TV at all. Couldn’t changing volume , turning channels , ..... none of the smart TV button functioning. Other disappointing thing is the TV it self has no operation buttons .

    Great picture but screen breaks easily if touched

    This tv has a beautiful picture however the issue is with the sensitivity of the screen. I never intentionally touch the screen, only the corners to angle the tv once in a while to face a side couch. Before turning on the tv I slightly turned it and when the tv came on there was a black spot with a small crack and horizontal lines across the top and side of the display. I knew nothing hit because it worked fine the same morning and only I was home. I called Samsung and they sent a 3rd party tech over and he said someone must have hit it. I explained no one did and showed him how I angle the tv like I have many times before. Said maybe my thumb pushed too hard on it. Even if my thumb barely touched the corner of the screen there was no hard pressure. Samsung would not cover it under warranty and it's only 3 months old. So the one star review is for both the making of the screen and Samsung not covering it under warranty.
