Love this TV. Excellent picture and sound. Love all of the features like syncing with our Samsung phones. Browser and apps work great with it. Reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it keeps disconnecting from our sound bar. We have called Samsung and they had us unplug the TV while on which fixed it that time but it keeps randomly disconnecting so we have to turn the soundbar off and then on or unplugging the TV. We looked this up online and see a lot of complaints about this same exact issue. Hopefully Samsung figures out how to fix this issue. It usually happens when we 1st turn on the TV or if we switch over to our playstation, YouTube, Laptop, etc. Other than that it works perfectly.

I absolutely love this TV! We have been do impressed with how well the picture, quality and the aesthetic design is. We had some trouble in the beginning with the remote glitching out, but we haven't had that issue since we had an update on the TV. I love this TV so much that I will never purchase another brand. I am now upgrading all other TVs in the house to the same series!

The weight does not require 2 people, but the size is awkward for 1 person. The TV self update once connected to wifi. I was not able to create a Samsung account because of problems with Samsung's online system - not a problem with the TV. Built-in apps for Prime and Netflix required minimal setup - only a few minutes and nothing to download. Picture is outstanding, still trying to get the sub-woofer .volume up.

This tv has a great picture quality for the price range. Honestly there aren’t a whole lot that are any better within $400( in my opinion). The speakers produce quality sound and if you decide you need to watch tv without disturbing everyone, you can just Bluetooth a small speaker or headset. That way you can understand words and sounds without disturbing anyone. Overall, one of my best purchases.

Pretty impressed with the tv. Very easy to use and good quality. Still trying to get used to it. Sucks that you can't get the best out of it since cable doesn't carry 4K content. Hopefully it will last for a long time. Will just have to wait and see I guess. Easy to set up and just slick all together. Was between this and Sony X850F. Chose this one because of the stand. They both were just awesome tv's.

Great Samsung smart tv as far as picture and streaming ability, yes. Audio could be clearer and louder as many indicated (sound bar recommended). I am enjoying the tv and so is my family BUT... it has been a pain in the butt when we are viewing internet content and the sound cuts off pretty consistently. This occurs only on internet sites not via Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. But this is an issue for us that I believe we should not be grappling with. We always have to reload the page to get sound back. So far, that is the only solution. And it is not fun to have to do this multiple times when watching one program... Anyone else have a more permanent solution? Great tv other than this.

Watching Football is superior with the clarity and color , the crisp picture, amazing....
