Wanted a new TV for the bedroom since we watch it in there the most. Needed a great picture for viewing as well as for gaming. Has a great picture and no noticeable lag while playing games or watching fast paced movies. The picture is clear, crisp, and very rich colors. Will buy the same TV in a bigger option size for the living room in the coming month.

This is amazing high quality TV, easy set up and best picture that I've ever had.

I was satisfied with my ten year old 50” Panasonic Plasma which was a 720. However after seeing the Samsung in BB, there was simply no comparison in the sharpness of the picture delivered by Samsung. At an $899 price tag, it really was a no brainer. For an extra $100, it was delivered (55 miles from the store) set up and connected to my cable, sound system and dvd. Again, a no brainer

Happy with this TV, spent the extra $ to go with the higher refresh rate. Great picture. Only downside is the the sound is off, adjustable feature, but sometimes it's just not right.

I purchased a Samsung 65 inch 4K TV and paid for the service to have it mounted. It was the best thing I could do; they delivered it and mounted it exactly where I wanted by having me sit and make sure it was the proper height and proper tilt. Then afterwards they showed me how to work all of the controls.

The picture is clear, the colors are super great and it’s a very hi quality one.

I have always had Samsung monitors in my house for the simple reason of quality. I needed to finally jump on the 4k bandwagon, and this monitor didn't let me down. I am in this field as I have many options to go with. could I have bought the OLED and said I got the best of both worlds? Yes... but I still think that technology is still a couple years away from being the standard. and for what I need and use at my Home theater set up, this was sufficient. I do that a 4K audio-video receiver that is 4k pass thru. the scaling will take place at the monitor as we know there isn't a lot of true 4k sources on the market yet. so the installation was a bit weird, as the spacing is a standard vesa but the angle of the monitor makes you use a spacer for the wall mount. I had some left over from my existing monitor and hardware. but once you get past this part its the typical set up on the wall with little issues. the power connection is the same, a nice 90 degree for low profile wall mounting. after the mounting was completed, set up was a bit more complex for the everyday end user. There is a few presets to configure but you can youtube or google for the other advance setting. this will make the monitor just be set up more for your room environment. but after a few days of messing around with the settings, I have dialed it into my liking.
