Superior clarity, sharp color

I thought I was stepping down but turns out the picture here is 10 times better than what I had. I'm actually glad ( in a strange way) that I had to get a new TV. And at 899.00. This was a steal compared to the 2,500 that the plasma TV would have cost to replace.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was able to get this TV for under $1000 during Black Friday, and I could not be happier. 4K Screen quality is excellent with a great refresh rate at 240. Only con would be the speakers are not great. Will need a sound bar with this TV.

Amazing Quality

THe sound quality from the TV speakers is more than what I would normally exepct (however we do use a soundbar). I like that you can hard wire the internet into the tv so you don't have to worry about WIFI coming in and out. The built in apps are great and I couldn't ask for more on a TV.

Excellent Buy

I did some research via a consumer magazine and the NU8000 looked like it fit the bill. Our Sony was no slouch, but technology has advanced and this Samsung has a much better picture. What impressed us even more, was the sound quality which was way better than the Sony.
