The set up went very smoothly. Enjoyed meeting them. The TV has an amazing Picture. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a 4HD. Geek Squad knew how to explain everything in detail...so I could use it immediately. I have enjoyed watching the smart features and most are working well. my wife is enjoying it very much as well.

Amazing picture with lots of great features and cool remote

Never had a smart TV before but we love it! This is the very best TV we have ever had. Sound and picture are excellent!! All I can say is, "see for yourself". Best Buy is the very Best!!

I’m a big gamer and when it comes to TVs I’m very picky playing my PS4 Pro and Xbox One X on here blow my mind all I can say is amazing and a plus movies and tv shows look sharp !!

I was looking to choose between the Sony xf900 and samsung nu8000 then I bought the Samsung for 1300 which is a very fair price for what I got. Beautiful colors and clear pic Am empresed.

I've been shopping for some time and narrowed my possibles to Samsung , LG and Sony. I read the reviews and did the compare, but the tipping point was when the price dropped below $900. It has a great picture and tons of features. Love the voice command feature but the shape, style and feel of the remove need improvement.

Great TV for our family. I know there are TVs with better quality, but they are way more than we wanted to spend. We have no complaints with the TV and see no reason to spend more.

I had it for almost two months now. The picture quality is great, the app get you fast to where you want to go. The only downside to this TV is that it needs special hardware to mount on the wall. It is not specified anywhere, or at least did not see it. Luckily I had it because of an old mount I had from my previous plasma TV.

This TV has a great picture quality and was everything I was looking for when upgrading from my old TV. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was because when I start playing a game; after about 5 min the screen will go black for 2-3 seconds while it switches over to “game mode”. This isn’t a huge problem, but just more of an annoyance.

We purchased the TV about a month ago, so far I find the quality of the picture very good. I was also surprised how well the audio is, no longer use my sound bar. Best Buy delivery and set up set up went smoothly. This TV was on sale for a much better price at a competitor and Best Buy matched the price were very happy

I am happy to have this TV. I considered doing a larger one, however this one works perfectly. I feel it serves our home. Reds very well. We are happy with it!

TV produces great picture. Has worked well for sports and video games too! I wish the sound was a little better on it, but we use external speakers so it won't be an issue going forward.

Clarity of picture, colors—sharp and vibrant. Good sound, no need for a sound bar. Bought the super wall mount and the large TV moves and tilts with ease. Happy I made this purchase.

Havent installed the tv yet but was able to view it at a friends house. Picture is amazing. The speakers surprised me as well but the surround sound should make it an awesome setup.

It has great quality picture and easy to navigate.

We bought this tv for our great room and we've been happy with the purchase so far. We haven't gotten cables and DVD player yet but know that will make the colors jump out even more.

This TV is awesome. The picture is amazing. Sometimes it looks like it's 3D. I thought 65 inch was going to be too big for my room, but it's perfect.
