Great Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the TV home (delivered for free the next day!) and a few hours later I opened it (I waited due to the cold so it could warm up) and discovered that the IR receiver was damaged. One call to BB and another TV was scheduled to replace it (yes free pick up and delivery AGAIN!). Unfortunately my wife and I discovered that the TV just looked TOO BIG on our stand so we ended up scaling down to the Samsung 55 QLED. (This is the only reason for my 4 star review, we did not "watch and experience the 65" TV) Still the customer service of the whole situation was EXTREMELY Professional. Joe Sr. at the Watertown, NY store is a STAND UP GUY! You Go Joe!
