Replaced our hp plasma screen with the Q7F qled tv. Much brighter picture and still has good blacks and contrast. Buy far best tv value currently.

Great smart tv and has everything a person would want. The 4K is before it’s time with only 3 channels from Direct TV. None that a person would enjoy. Waste of money and sold based on 4K availability which is false. Overall it’s a great unit.

Everything about the tv is beyond expectations. Speed, picture quality, adaptability to other pieces of technology, and ease of use is so nice.

If you don't want to dish out the money for OLED; but want the next best thing, QLED is where it's at. When all those people complained about the Long Night episode on Game of Thrones being too dark to see anything, we were unaware there was ever a problem. The quality of the picture is fantastic. Viewing angles don't matter, who watches the TV from 80 degrees anyway? The bezel is almost non existent so it's the perfect choice. Unless you have an extra $3k to dish out on an OLED, that is.

I have never seen a picture so clear. Black colors rich and bright colors are rich. Detail is phenomenal in every show or movie I watch.

Was moving our older (4 yr) Samsung HD 60" TV to another location so got this one as a replacement. The 65" is slightly larger which is nice but so far we don't see much of a difference in picture quality from the HD. As there are only limited 4K channels and programs/movies, we haven't had a chance to see much difference there. I am going to get it professionally calibrated to see if that makes a difference. I do like getting rid of the box and using the TV's RVU capability. That is working well with Direct TV.

Colors are outstanding! TV is easy to set-up and has sleek controls. The design is very 'clean' and the unit looks good, on or off.

This TV is amazing! Contrast is phenomenal! Darks are dark brights are bright. My Xbox one x looks FANTASTIC! Smart features are great! Netflix and other apps run seamlessly. If your serious about your tv this is a must!

This Samsung 65" 4k smart tv is the best tv I've ever owned. Colors are brilliant and contrast is superb. Easy to set up and operate.

Our 12-year old Samsung Plasma was replaced by a Samsung QLED 2160P Smart, which hangs above the Mattel and fireplace. After nearly a week in our home, we are thoroughly impressed with the sharpness and overall picture quality. We were equally impressed with Best Buy's Samsung representative, Blaise, and its general manager, Jeremy, and the Geeks, David & Josh, who did a masterful job installing.

I bought the TV 2 weeks ago. At this point it no longer works. Geek Squad is coming tomorrow. The screen goes blue after a few seconds and then it shuts off. I am not a happy camper. Hopefully it is a simple fix.

I purchased this TV several months ago, and it's been excellent so far. The set up was intuitive and the picture is great. The only issue I've had is with the optical Invisible Connection cable that connects the TV to the One Connect hub. I accidentally damaged the cable while wall-mounting the TV, rendering the TV inoperable. I obviously had to replace the cable. If you're aware of this issue going in, and take the necessary care with the cable, I think you'll really enjoy the TV.

Use the Bose Quite Comfort 30 noise cancelling wireless ear buds while flying or just wanting to listen to great music. No Wires to catch on arm rests or simply be in the way while on a plane. Great product!
