The sales guy really hyped it up and I thought it would be a good replacement for the LG. After getting it setup, I immediately noticed gray vertical lines when watching cable TV, Netflix, or playing on the PS4. It was bad enough that my wife pointed it out and wanted to know why it looked so bad. I tried running an update after connecting with Samsung's customer service, but it didn't help. I returned it within a couple of days and have been very pleased with a Sony X900E that I got instead.

It doesn’t disappoint. The only thing I might have done differently is purchase the curved screen instead of the flat one. I have a earlier addition Samsung television set that was curved that I really enjoyed and think I would have liked the visual effect of that. But other than that it’s a fabulous TV and I’m very pleased.

Only problem I had was the tv did not work when I first got it due to a bad one connect box, but Geek Squad was quick to get me a replacement sent to my house that I installed. They came over the next day to make sure everything was good and pick up the old part. After that I was enjoying the best picture I have ever seen on any tv I have ever owned. When the tv is connected to the internet and connected to you tube to watch ultra 4k videos, the picture is just amazing and the sound is just as good. Awesome tv, highly recommend buying this tv!

Ultra slim bezels (virtually non-existent) make this TV all screen. The thin, flat panel with elegant, modern stand looks fantastic— it adds a lot to the room. Picture clarity is simply amazing. I’ve had the TV for three weeks now and I still catch myself saying “wow.” Very much feels like a super high-end TV. Worth every penny.

It definitely lives up to being a smart TV. The sound quality is decent you just have to change some settings from factory to get the results you desire. Overall it's one of the best on the market for the price.

This was a good purchase. The picture is very crisp. Even with cable TV, and when it's paired with the 4K player and 4K movie the picture is beautiful. I can definitely tell the difference between and OLED and this QLED. The blacks are not as black, but when a scene is bright, the picture looks so life like.

The tech behind LG is better but I got such a good deal on the Samsung that I could not refuse. Since set up, the TV has been amazing. The quality in design and the clarity in the screen blows me away Everytime. The smart features work flawlessly too. I did have a wifi connection issue once but after network reset, it worked fine
