And that is Picture clarity and sharpness. At any rate I don't care for the soft picture look. I am rating the clarity/sharpness of about a 7 (scale of 1 - 10) I have tried many times to adjust all settings but to no avail. And yes the ECO is off. Samsung if you are reading this then PLEASE can you give us a Software update to improve the picture clarity. If we paid $100.00 I wouldn't care, But after paying a very big price, no way Jose. Thank you, HAL
