    I have loved our tv! I think I’ve been most impressed with the sound quality. Usually tv speakers aren’t good at all, but this one has great sound. Also love the ease of use and image quality!

    So far so good I am having a problem between my new tv and Xfinity. Best Buy is coming back to sort things out and is apparently doing a great job I will report back after they return to straighten things out and get me all of my channels and subscriptions on one home page that also includes on demand within reach.

    Samsung 65" Frame TV was a great choice. Fits very well and flat on our wall. Best Buy installers did a good job of installation and explaining how to operate the TV. Love the No Glare Screen.

    At first I wasn’t sure about keeping the tv. I finally adjusted the settings and now we love it. Great purchase. Of course my favorite part is selecting new pics to display weekly

    the picture and artwork for the frame are excellent. would recommend getting a service contract. the one connect box and samsung service could definitely be improved.

    It looks great on the wall. The choice of art is good. You need to tweak the controls to make the art look realistic. Otherwise, there’s too much shine. Picture quality is better than expected.

    Samsung FRAME TV is awesome. I hooked it up with my ROSE 150 streamer. Really cool see great videos and music come through my system.

    This is my third Samsung TV, and the best yet by far. The Best Buy staff was wonderful to work with, and delivery was fantastic! I highly recommend Best Buy if you are shopping for a TV or computer.

    Avoid this TV and brand at all cost. I used to really like Samsung devices, but my experience with this TV leaves a lot to be desired. We started having issues after about 6 months. Volume would change randomly and the TV would randomly power off. We finally filed a repair request and a technician came out and told us there was nothing wrong, and proceeded to tell us a software update would fix the TV. I didn't understand how a software update would fix a TV randomly powering off but I went with it. A couple weeks later, the TV wouldn't turn on, completely dead. Went through all the basic troubleshooting and Samsung issued another repair order. Technician came back out and confirmed we had some bad boards in the TVs box. He said he would order the new boards as they didn't send him with the right boards and they would be in touch. Super annoying they would go through the trouble of scheduling a repair for a TV not powering on and send the tech with a video board and not a power board. This is where it gets interesting. After this tech left, I get an email from Samsund a couple days later stating they canceled my ticket because they were unable to reach me. I call them and explain that I returned their call from 3 weeks ago but haven't had any calls from them since. They confirmed the last time they reached out was the call from 3 weeks ago but stated they had no record of me calling back. So now the ticket gets canceled and the repair company says I need a new ticket... So I call Samsung back, spend 30 minutes on the phone to get a new ticket number and call that number back in to the repair company (Keep in mind the repair company operates independent of Samsung). The repair company accepted the number and put me back on the schedule. Then the repair company called me 2 days later stating that the number I got wasn't the correct number and I need to call Samsung and get a repair number and request that it starts with 418..... At this point I'm furious. I call Samsung back and they confirm that YES, I do in fact need a 418 ticket number. After another 30 minutes on the phone I get my 418 ticket number. Now we wait..... The company repairing the TV had to push my repair out another week due to Samsung canceling.

    Works as advertised when all hooked up. Hard to hide the separate box that comes with the tv for all the accessories, but manageable if you know what to do.

    Gorgeous and impossibly thin

    I paid about $700 for 3rd party to install the 65 inch, and i paid for the wood color frame, so even with great sales I paid 2k all in, but the result is so good, looks like a piece of artwork and i didn't regret it. Kudos to Best buy for giving 60 days of price protection, which saved me $400!
