I purchased the Samsung Frame TV during Best Buy’s Black Friday in July sale, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The Frame is more than just a TV—it’s a conversation piece. When it’s off, the Art Mode turns it into a sleek, modern gallery display. Guests keep asking if it’s actually a painting! The picture quality is impressive, especially considering the matte finish. There’s virtually no glare, and the colors are vivid and crisp whether I’m watching movies or just admiring the artwork. Installation was a bit tricky when it came to mounting the two back plates. That said, I was surprised by how helpful the included paper guide was. Usually, paper templates are off just enough to throw things out of alignment—but this one was about 97% accurate, which made a huge difference. With a little patience, the TV went up flush against the wall and looks fantastic. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend the Samsung Frame TV to anyone looking to blend high-performance tech with minimalist design.

The TV is absolutely gorgeous! The picture, brightness, responsiveness, and art display are exactly what I was hoping for from Samsung. Also, the Installation was fast and the workers were diligent. 10/10 for the TV. Now I will say that we paid $180 for “Installation” and, after waiting almost a month to have the TV mounted, we were told (30 minutes before installation) that it would be an additional $130 since the TV was being mounted over a fireplace. $310 is steep to just install a TV over a fireplace, but I wouldn’t have cared as much if this price was know at the time of purchase when I told the worker that it would be over a fireplace. As you can imagine, I was very surprised when I was given an additional charge on top of what was already paid.

This TV is actually pretty cool. It reminds me of the first generation of flat screens (the brain is not attached to the TV. It is a separate box). It is exactly how it is described. It's very light and it is meant to go on the wall like a picture frame, although I did not realize at the time STUPID ME that it came with the mounts in the box so I purchased separate mounts to have it installed. I didn't realize until we got ready to place the TV on the wall, there are a lot of pieces and they're all boxed separately. Unfortunately, there is a special design mount for this TV and because I use the one I purchased, it resulted in the TV not being completely flat on the wall I will also admit that if you utilize the parts that came with the TV, it is a bit more complex/time-consuming because there are several parts (hire a professional or make sure you know what you're doing). I had visited the store on several occasions to take a look at this TV and I took advantage when it went on sale (days later the price dropped even lower which was upsetting). My only recommendation would be to take your time and read through the instructions, pay attention to whats listed on the box because it comes with several parts and you don't want to lose anything. The picture quality is amazing even when I have the blinds open the. I'm not sure if there's a setting that adjust the screen would have to read into it further. The tv was packed securely from the manufacturer which I appreciated. I decided to purchase a warranty through Best Buy and overall, I am satisfied.

Purchased this TV more for displaying art than for daily TV use. Absolutely love the way the Art Mode has changed my room. Instead of having a black screen when TV is off, Art Mode cycles images from selected portfolios. Motion sensor turns TV on and off…so not wasting electricity or staring at a blank TV. Got subscription to Art Library and have access to 2300+ images that are searchable and categorized multiple ways. Ability to customize images with different “matting”. TV came with mount and sits flush to wall. TV picture as a TV is great as well. Absolutely love it!

I just had this installed in a brand new house above a fireplace with white shiplap walls. It looks amazing and I ended up not using the white frame since the fireplace is black. Love that it flush with the walls. Picture is great. I look forward to exploring the art. I am using a Sonos arc ultra so cannot comment on sound but all in all super happy with the look and functionality of this TV in such a prominent place in my house. My Best Buy sales manager in Destin, Florida was awesome.

Tv looks awesome on my wall. Great quality and picture. There is a big box which needs to be plugged into so you have to work some magic so that you don’t have cords showing

I’m very happy with this Samsung TV. The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and very sharp resolution. The sound is good for a flat TV, and pairing it with a soundbar makes it even better. The smart features are fast and easy to use. Apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video run smoothly, and the menu is very intuitive. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks great mounted on the wall or on a stand. Overall, this is a high-quality TV with great performance and reliability. Samsung did a great job. I highly recommend it.

I did a lot of homework before I bought this TV. I choose it over the OLED because of the chance to burn an image into the screen. The frame has been in my house now for 3 weeks and I love it. It can get a little laggy when you are navigating through lots of apps but once you have everything setup you wont notice it anymore. The picture quality is awesome and regular TV looks way better than before. My favorite part is the anti glare which was the main reason for the purchase. It may be a little overpriced so make sure you wait for the sales. I got mine for $1375.

We loved our previous Samsung LED tv, but wanted to upgrade to something bigger and was intrigued by the art feature of The Frame. Initially, we weren't impressed with the picture quality but after tinkering and making adustments, it looked fantastic. The Vision AI features, in my opinion, compromised the viewing experience. Once we turned that off and adjusted the settings, it was so much better. Love all the new features (except the vision ai). We could not be happier with this decision.

We love this TV! My wife had been wanting one for a long time! We should have purchased it sooner. The picture is sharp and clear! It mounted beautifully on the wall. The art display feature is fantastic! !

This is my second 65” frame tv in 5 years. First one was a lemon with issues within the first year. First a component in the one box went bad. Replaced under warranty. Then about 3-4 years in a shadow formed in the middle of the tv and got progressively worse (see phot). Still love the tv and hope the second one last longer than the first. Lemons happen and the art mode is great. When image is new it is amazing. I still recommend the Tv but know you might get a lemon. Friend has the first model 8+ years no issue. Roll the dice, see what you get. Best Buy was great and helpful but only so much you can do out of warranty.

Amazing programming picture and a piece of art all in one. Who ever thought of this? Works great in our seaside condo with limited wall space for art!

Love it! Getting a lot more use out of it than I could have imagined, and it's easy to change art or upload your own through the SmartThings app. Got a DecoFrame on it and with the matte finish and Art Mode on, many guests have had no idea that it was TV and not a real painting. It's very functional and the picture isn't terrible, it's great for what it is and where you would normally hang it up (e.g. main living areas vs media room).

Always wanted a Samsung Frame TV and finally bought one. It's a great TV with or without a frame. I can watch a movie in the daylight or with a light on at night without any glare and the built in apps are great as well. I may buy a slim frame in the future and buy an image for the screen when I'm not watching the TV. It's slim profile gives it a clean look as well. I am happy and the Bestbuy team (Geek Squad) took care of all my needs and concerns.

LOVE this tv! I’ve wanted one for so long, and it has exceeded my expectations. It makes such a difference aesthetically, and it’s a really great tv overall. Picture is amazing, and the matte finish eliminates all the glare. The only complaint that I have about it is that it has some type of dynamic sound where if there is noise in the room, it gets louder, which is somewhat chaotic - but I’m sure there is a way to turn that off. Buy the FrameTV, you won’t regret it!

I got this Tv about a week ago at the lowest price I’ve seen $1299, which allowed me to splurge on upgraded frame! The picture and anti glare are unmatched, i researched and watched this TV for 6 months before pulling trigger. Geek squad hung it professionally in about 2 hrs. I even added art from DIA exhibit by Tiff Massey I saw on Mothers Day.

It is beautiful. I would recommend professional installation only because it was alittle difficult for my brother to put up. Just be prepared! I hid the cords behind the fireplace. The small box is where you plug everything into. It does change the decor of the living room. Also, uploading netflix and hulu was pretty simple. It really is worth it.

Excellent picture, no glare, nicely flushed to wall

This is my second Samsung Frame. After we installed the 85" Frame in our family room, we fell in love with the glare-free screen and updated processor for quick access to my most used apps: Netflix, Prime, Max, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, even CrunchyRoll (for Anime.) My only pet peeve is the default SamsungTV app. Meh. Deleted.
