Love my TV and the way it looks in my house. Highly recommended.

we just love the picture frame television looks great above our fireplace

I paid about $700 for 3rd party to install the 65 inch, and i paid for the wood color frame, so even with great sales I paid 2k all in, but the result is so good, looks like a piece of artwork and i didn't regret it. Kudos to Best buy for giving 60 days of price protection, which saved me $400!

Avoid this TV and brand at all cost. I used to really like Samsung devices, but my experience with this TV leaves a lot to be desired. We started having issues after about 6 months. Volume would change randomly and the TV would randomly power off. We finally filed a repair request and a technician came out and told us there was nothing wrong, and proceeded to tell us a software update would fix the TV. I didn't understand how a software update would fix a TV randomly powering off but I went with it. A couple weeks later, the TV wouldn't turn on, completely dead. Went through all the basic troubleshooting and Samsung issued another repair order. Technician came back out and confirmed we had some bad boards in the TVs box. He said he would order the new boards as they didn't send him with the right boards and they would be in touch. Super annoying they would go through the trouble of scheduling a repair for a TV not powering on and send the tech with a video board and not a power board. This is where it gets interesting. After this tech left, I get an email from Samsund a couple days later stating they canceled my ticket because they were unable to reach me. I call them and explain that I returned their call from 3 weeks ago but haven't had any calls from them since. They confirmed the last time they reached out was the call from 3 weeks ago but stated they had no record of me calling back. So now the ticket gets canceled and the repair company says I need a new ticket... So I call Samsung back, spend 30 minutes on the phone to get a new ticket number and call that number back in to the repair company (Keep in mind the repair company operates independent of Samsung). The repair company accepted the number and put me back on the schedule. Then the repair company called me 2 days later stating that the number I got wasn't the correct number and I need to call Samsung and get a repair number and request that it starts with 418..... At this point I'm furious. I call Samsung back and they confirm that YES, I do in fact need a 418 ticket number. After another 30 minutes on the phone I get my 418 ticket number. Now we wait..... The company repairing the TV had to push my repair out another week due to Samsung canceling.

great tv. I like how you put your pictures on it and it rotates through them. The one cable hook up is nice, you can hide the fiber optic line anywhere.

Great value and excellent TV. The anti-glare is a game changer compared to my previous Frame TV

Love this TV. It is mounted perfectly flat against the wall and the display is beautiful. With an open concept living space and very decorative walls, the frame makes the tv blend into the decor perfectly.

Best decision to buy a frame TV. You can not only get a great Tv but change the whole look of your living space at the touch of a button. Delivery and set up was seamless.

Smart, intuative and easy on the eyes, even when off. The matte screen is great for sunlit rooms too and as a photographer i love adding my own photos to the art mode.

I'm super happy. It is very stylish and a complement to any room. The art feature is magnificent.

Anti-glare screen enables viewing in a bright room. Very good picture quality although the black is a bit washed out in dark scenes. Overall great tv for the price.

Love it! It looks great on our fireplace! Great picture and sound! And the frame effects are great when guests are over with out the television being on adds a great effect to the fireplace.

Exactly what we wanted, with the Teak Bezel to match the mango wood built in shelves! Then you add the art work, guests loved it.

Works as advertised when all hooked up. Hard to hide the separate box that comes with the tv for all the accessories, but manageable if you know what to do.

Best investment for a modern and sleek television. Looks just like an actual art on the wall. So happy I purchased it. Brings beauty to my great room.

Really enjoying my new Samsung. Installation was easy and set up was pretty intuitive. Love being able to look at the wide selection of available artworks and happy to see my own photographs.

The picture is excellent. The sound system with the picture sound bar is great. My wife likes the picture frame that fits on the TV. I would recommend this produst to a relative or friend

I was really wanting this tv because i thought that the option of using it as a painting when it wasn’t in use was neat. I love this tv! It’s easy to use and looks great! Everything I wanted!

I've been wanting a Samsung Frame TV for a while. It is a great thin tv and the cool option of having art as the screen saver is very cool.
