    This 2024 model has been great so far. The 2022 model we had before was recently returned to Samsung for refund. It had a lot of issues.

    Performed perfectly right after set-up. We are delighted with the art mode and the wide selection of pieces we can hang from the Samsung Art Store. Its fun exploring all the art and photos and changing the pieces and the matting depending on our mood. It works as a decent TV as a bonus.

    I'm not sure if it's the TV or the installation but we have an issue where, after several hours of watching it, the screen will show no power source on HDMI1 input. Unsure why. Otherwise, it's a terrific TV.

    Our friend had one of these, and my wife really loved the idea of a TV that wasn't a big black rectangle on the wall when it's not being used. That said, this is my first "smart" tv, and there's some good and bad that comes with that. You really relinquish a lot of control over how it works, and that bothers me... but it's so much easier to set up with my devices. My only gripe is that the photo feature has a subscription cost associated with it. I'll figure out a cheaper way to make it work, but for now, I'm a little disappointed on that front.
