    Not really worth the price. The frames UI is slow and buggy. The “frame” aspect is a gimmick that gets old fast. I wish I would’ve put the money towards an OLED instead.

    Great features, great picture. Only complaint is that Samsung makes you get a subscription for the artwork. I would have rated 5 stars except for the subscription.

    Looks great for what we need it for, a TV that works like a painting on our wall as it is placed in a room that we don't intend to watch much Television. We have a TV that is more of a television TV for another room, I would recommend another tv if you want a true television experience. The only thin I don't like about the TV is that there art catalog is mostly behind a paywall.

    Love the aesthetic of it, and want to buy a nicer frame for it soon. The picture quality is great, but it disconnects from the WiFi at least 4 times a day even though the router is less than 10 feet away. This is really frustrating if you’re trying to watch something live as it takes several minutes to reconnect You do have to pay if you want to use any of the Samsung art but you can upload images from your phone too. The Samsung tv plus channels are ok but they don’t show local sports even when it’s on the local news channels

      Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Frame TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    I am so glad we FINALLY bought our dream TV. It has been on our wishlist for so long and has exceeded expectations. The inclusion of Samsung One is an extra bonus. Easy to set up and the delivery/take away of the old TV was a seamless process.
