    Never been more disappointed with Best Buy

    I bought a Frame TV to replace a smaller Frame TV that was damaged by my grandson. I paid for delivery and installation. Got a call from the tech and I told him it was replacing an existing Frame TV. When they arrived they found out I had on older model and its mount did not work with the newer model. The sent us a link for a very specific mount he said would work and we ordered it. He said we would get an email to reschedule the installation and to text him so he could make sure he did the install. Never got an email to reschedule. Texted the tech and he said he would have to do it manually. It was never done by the tech. Finally went online with Best Buy to look at the order. It had a schedule maintenance link, but clicking it took me to a page where all I could do was add a new TV with installation. Called Geek Squad and explained the situation and they said it showed they could schedule the install. I told them 3 times that I needed it assigned to the same tech, because he had said others might not be able to handle this install. They said they would assign it to him and scheduled it, on what turns out to be his day off. The system just assigned to a new sub contract tech. They came and said the in the box mount would not work (duh, I already knew that), and the mount I was told to order would not work it was not the right size. Second install cancelled. Went to the Best Buy store and explained the whole scenario to them. The manager said he would escalate and I would get a call before end of business the next day. Now two business days later still NO contact from Best Buy. So now I have been lied to by the tech, lied to by Geek Squad support and lied to by the store manager.

    The installation was great. The Geek Squad were professional, knowledgeable and super to work with. Very happy with our decision to go with Best Buy. Not only did they install our new television, but also installed another television purchased at Best Buy. Deb Wood

    I am pleased with my purchase of this TV. Is it worth what it cost? Depends on your reason for buying it. I didn’t want to pay this much but it suited my purposes.

    I love that it’s not just a tv but you can put pictures and frames and it’s like a painting

    The frame tv is neat and stylish. when enjoy the art mode and the over appearance of the tv. the best buy installer where great.

    This tv has many different features along with great quality. As well the part that comes with hide all the cords is amazing

    Its okay. I like the pictures and slimness if the tv. But you cant game on it. I put my nintendo switch set up on the tv and it was a glitchy mess.

    Great TV. Beautiful. Easy set-up. There were some glitches with signing up for the Art Store, but resetting the settings solved it.

    There’s a feature where the sound turns up automatically when background noise increases. I have turned the feature off but it keeps coming back on on its own.

    Antiglare worth it if you’ve got high windows

    The antiglare really enhances our viewing experience. We have floor to vaulted ceiling in our room with no way to shade the highest windows, so this is technology we were waiting for.

    Really thin TV and art setting does confuse my friends sometimes! They say it looks pretty realistic. Of course, don't like you need to pay Samsung membership for the art options.

    The user interface is clunky at best. Navigation is bot intuitive in any way. The matte screen is great at preventibg reflections and the picture does not look dim from the side loke older tv’s. But you pay extra for this TV due to the art feature. Then thry charge you $50/year for that and to be honest the art selection is just not really to my taste. The shortest amount of time for the art image to change is 3 minutes. Great if you are walking around and doing stuff and just want art on the wall but I was just really looking for a cool screensaver. An OLED TV in this size with a mich better picture is a few hundred dollars less. There are non-reflective screens out there that minimize the impact of any reflections so the matte screen just isnt really worth the extra $$$. Cool TV but the art feature and the matte screen are what supposedly set this apart from other models out there, but the picture quality could be better and the art feature is poorly executed. And Samsungs OS is kind of clunky to use. Sorry but this was a disappointment and we returned it.

    Frame TV looks just like a piece of art

    Very happy with are 65" Samsung Frame TV from Best Buy. We even got a Deco frame and it looks great in our family room along with the Music Frame speaker and other pictures around it.
