    Please make sure to open your boxes within two weeks of receiving your item. We opened ours at three weeks(due to renovations in home) and discovered a defect on the tv. Best Buy said it was over two weeks, so we were stuck with the tv. Samsung said it was damaged when we got it, so it isn’t a warranty claim. Long story short, we have to pay for a tech to come fix our new $1300 tv that we cannot use. This will be last order from Best Buy, and Samsung for that matter.

    My Purchase of TV and its Frame

    TV is excellent in terms of display quality and the others feature. We are satisfied 100%. However, regarding the frame we ordered and returned, we were very much disappointed not only at your late delivery but the weird system that cancellation is allowed upon delivery though its reason is late delivery.

    I purchaaed this tv hoping the picture would be as good as our LG OLED, it is not. The matte really takes away from the picture quality. The art is great, so be ready to sacifice movie and screen quality for great art quality.

    Is the TV is not easy to operate no manuals not a lot of information and is very hard to adjust the color and I called the expert and they cannot adjust the color the way the Consumer want so I do not recommend this TV and I’m gonna return the TV anyway

    Software is glitchy

    We have owned 2 of the 2022 model Samsung Frame TVs, which we love. Got this one to add in another room and it is a dud. They might be able to fix the software, but for now nothing works quite right. The video cuts out randomly during a show, audio randomly goes quiet then back to normal, and the smart things automations on it don't work great. Oh and it's got a bug where the "Settings" screen usually doesn't open! Don't buy it at least for a few months, maybe they'll fix it with better firmware.

    They gave me the TV without the power cord and the store refused to give me the power cord. I would not recommend this purchase from best buy, buy the TV from somewhere else.

Your TV is connected to the One Connect Box with the One Invisible Connection – a translucent cable allowing you to place your TV accessories wherever works best for you.

      The One Connect Box is required for use as it houses all input connections – power included.

    I love the art mode on thr TV but this is probably thr worst software ive ever experienced on a TV. I’m currently stuck because I cant access the settings menu, and HDMI arc and CEC randomly stopped working. This software has been nothing but a pain to use

    It’s my fault I didn’t research the frame tv more but I was bummed out that it included this huge connect one box - which I felt defeated the purpose of having a slim, picture like tv. You have to buy another box component to house it in behind the wall which was extra. I was going to have the tv mounted above our fireplace but it didn’t seem safe so I returned it instead.

    Don’t buy this version of 2024 Frame TV

    Since day one the TV turn on and off when you connect any eARC third party soundbar like Sonos or Bose. The support from the comoany is really slow resolving this issue that is affecting all the new buyers. Is a software isssue that they don’t have any date when will be fixed. Plus when you are using an Apple TV 4K and send the Apple TV 4K to sleep the Artwork mode doesn’t work.
