Best buy is garbage. I bought brand nee Samsung TV Frame and they gave me a refurbished One connect box that doesn't work properly. I bought it on Oct 26 and didn't get it shipped until November and their window for returns was on Nov. 14th. Lol By the time i realized the Earc hdmi port doesn't work, was today on Nov. 16th.

TV installed easily, plus the frame fit perfectly and looks great. The picture definition is very good. Haven't had it long, but at this time it was worth the cost.

We bought the TV mainly because of the fact you can flush mount it. On that front, it does not disappoint. Unfortunately, there are no other Samsung TV's that can be flush mounted with the wall, regardless of how thin they are. Basically, you are paying a $200-$300 premium over other models with comparable picture quality/performance/technology. This is not unique to Samsung either. The "flush" Hisense and LG models are also more expensive. Is it worth it? For us and our particular room layout, it was, so it was. Regarding the art and ability to be like a painting, be careful. Unless you are willing to shell out $5 a month in subscription fees, you can't really use that feature. Technically, it comes with a couple of free works of art, but you can't even use the matte (the inner box that goes around the art to make it look like it was framed) feature. And the frame that goes around the TV? $200 extra for the cheapest, most basic model and $400 for more substantial frames.

The Frame tv has a matte finish which makes viewing possible during the daytime in my brightly lit loft. The flush mount creates a flawless art wall as a design element.

TV is great. Wall mount brackets included. Great picture and the wall art component is fun.

This TV the size of it was perfect for our room above our fireplace and when you add the picture frame to it, it really looks like a picture. Wonderful product.

This review is NOT for the TV itself. It is for the installation I paid for. The first time they NEVER showed up. No excuse or explanation. Second time I was told it costs more for over a fireplace. The sales associate never told me that!
