Tv had blotchy white areas which seem to be a problem with this series. HDMI eARC port is very finiicky. Even tried it with a samsung sound bar. Bought different high quality HDMI cables. Just not worth the money. Also sucks that you have yo join a subscription to get the paintings and images for the frame. Should be included.
Tv aside I wont buy from best buy again. They trapped me with this purchase based on their 14 day return policy (I was 17 days out) because I wasnt a member. Even offered to become a member or would accept store credit and even purchase a different TV from best buy. No dice. Im out more than a thousand bucks because of these policies. Dont buy from best buy.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

I still have the tv not set up in my house. I had my appointment canceled the day of 3 times. I had the wrong services sent out for service two more times. I’ve been hung up on my reps. And I still again have not received an appointment for set up for a purchase on 11/29

Best buy is garbage. I bought brand nee Samsung TV Frame and they gave me a refurbished One connect box that doesn't work properly. I bought it on Oct 26 and didn't get it shipped until November and their window for returns was on Nov. 14th. Lol By the time i realized the Earc hdmi port doesn't work, was today on Nov. 16th.

The first time they NEVER showed up. No excuse or explanation. Second time I was told it costs more for over a fireplace. The sales associate never told me that!
