I had the TV for a short time but so far no problems, my other TV is a Samsung also I bought it 15 years ago it never gave me any problems i still have it now, this new TV has a lot more features than the other TV like WiFi,Bluetooth,4K,HDR i can control everything with the remote Bose Speakers volume,Apple TV,Amazon Fire Tv Stick. It works with Alexa and it has another voice control called Bixby i turned it off because sometimes it activates by itself, i use Bluetooth Headphones at night i like that the TV has Bluetooth built in i can control the volume of the Headphones with the remote, it also has Airplay built in i can watch videos and more from my iPhone in the TV i can also mirror my iPhone to TV also, it has a Samsung TV Plus app built in when i first turned on the TV and i saw some channels I thought it was Antenna but it’s an app that uses internet to watch TV.

This TV is a pretty good one. It seems like the characters in the screen could reach out and touch you. Our daughter says that is creepy. But this little remote with hardly any buttons is a royal pain. Don’t like it at all.

This is by far the best Samsung TV I own. We haven't had cable in a while and use Firesticks on all of our other TV's. This smart TV will replace the need for any type of Firestick/Roku. The apps are easy to navigate and use. Wonderful product.

Decided to break down and finally get a 4K and chose the QLED as it was the best bang for the buck. Originally wanted a 75” but after measuring and careful thought decided that the 60” Samsung it was replacing fit very well in our family room and did not want a Stonehenge look, meaning grossly oversized. This was the perfect fit. A couple of drawbacks. One, (and I caulk this up to not being familiar with Samsung smart tv) it was a bit tricky to figure out. A ton of functions that took a while to get use to. Two, unfortunately this tv does not support Dolby Atmos on any of the apps and outputs 5.1 through optical cable. No biggie though, still have Apple TV box that does.

Great picture and features. I wanted a QLED TV by Samsung and I was happy to see it for under $1000 at Best Buy. I love all of the features and the picture is great. You will just need to use YouTube to figures out what is the best settings.

When arriving to pick up my 65” Samsung I was worried it may not fit in my Ford Escape, thankfully with ease it did! Beautiful picture, easy to set up and adds seamlessly to your decor. Connects to wifi easily. Very happy with my purchase!

Picture is awesome, really love how well it syncs up to my alexa so I can use voice control. The voice control on the tv itself isn’t as responsive or customizable, so if you have a smart device such as alexa, this tv is a great fit!

This tv works really well with gaming, we've used VR (oculus rift s connected to a laptop which is connected to the tv) on it as well as just done gaming with steam games on the laptop in 4k little to no lag. This is an awesome tv for gaming that doesn't cost that much. Netflix, hulu, and the 4k fire stick run smoothly on here as well. The remote even has Netflix and hulu buttons to get to those quickly. The sound on this tv is amazing. The tv sounds like it's blasting and we've barely made it in the 20s. Can easily hear the tv in the low teens. This TV has 110% less lag for gaming than the 65 in 7 series version. If you are buying a Samsung definitely go with their QLED models.

Really love this tv. The image is great and it has so many features. One of the features I like is that you can choose art or photos to display when it’s not in use, so it looks really nice even when not being used to watch television or movies.

This is the best tv we've ever purchased. Great picture and sound. Easy to set up to wifi. The samsung tv plus is great when our wifi goes out because of storms. It was easy to setup the Bluetooth sound system to it as well.

This is a great TV! Very simple setup and connection to my wi-fi. Awesome built-in variety of channels, plus it's easy to add the streaming services I want. I've never had a TV with better picture and sound. I am totally pleased!

So far,, this Samsung Q60 is great. Wonderful picture. Only small draw back is that it's slightly difficult to navigate the remote settings, instruction booklet is real clear, reference this.

Love this TV. I was planning on buying the next level QLED, but it was sold out, so I purchased the less expensive version. I am not disappointed. The picture is crisp. The colors are rich. Very happy with this purchase.

this tv has an excellent picture and amazing sound. I love the remote and how easy all the built in apps are to use. I have used this tv almost everyday for over a year without a single issue.

I purchased this for my living room after moving my Samsung 55" 7100 into my bedroom. The picture is fantastic for the price and if you're looking for a good value under $1K you will be happy. Picture: I've used it for gaming on my PS4 Pro and it looks better than my 55" 7100. Streaming looks great in in 4k (I suggest hardwiring to your router for best quality). It is not super bright but not bad for an edge-lit screen. If you want the best contrast and brightness you need to by a direct-lit set but good luck in this price range. Sound: If you want to enjoy your movies, shows and games to the fullest buy a sound bar and sub or hook up a home theater receiver. TVs are not built for sound quality but if you're spending this much on a TV you should be willing to shell out some dough for a decent sound system. Smart Features: Everything is good as far as I am concerned, spend some time adjusting your setting and getting to know the OS and you should be happy with most TVs on the market. Overall: Buy this TV and you'll be happy. Unless you want a smaller screen with more features and better picture you'll be happy in the price range. Features, size and value make it a great buy under $800. I got it for $749 on sale and I am happy with no buyers remorse.

Samsung knocked it out of the park with this QLED model. The color quality is amazing, the ease of setup and operation could not be simpler, and it fills up the room quite nicely. Movie nights have become more a family favorite!

I was fortunate enough to have met with a Samsung representative who happened to be in the store on the day of my appointment and he gave me a walk through of the TV. He was fantastic, as was the Best Buy store representative. We love the television - great picture - great features. And the two gentlemen who came to install the TV on our wall were absolutely fantastic and should be commended. They were quick, efficient, and accurate. They cleaned up any hint of a mess when they left and were extremely polite. They also ensured the TV worked properly before they left. Best Buy has really impressed me with how they have delivered their products and services during the pandemic. I have made two purchases in the last 90 days and both experiences were superb.

I was Skeptical at first , as I had just returned a the 55" of this very TV because it had burn in the screen straight out of the box , which I didn't know what was wrong with it other then the picture looked horrible .To my surprise when I took it back to the store and they plugged it in and said it had picture burn in , so must have happened in the manufacturing process . as you could see the word Samsung shadowing in the screen. Best Buy said they had never seen that with a QLED tv . I went and decided to try once more with the 65" and when they delivered it and we connected it . It was a beautiful picture , like I seen in store. So overall the tv is actually has a very nice crisp picture with vibrant colors and we bought a Samsung sound bar that sounds great also . Very pleased and do recommend this TV

So far this has met all of my expectations. It has a great picture, good sound, the built in smart features are easy to use, etc. So far I've not found anything to complain about. Very happy with my purchase decision.

I picked the up in January for the bedroom and it was so good and easy to use I got another one for the living room, The picture is great and the set up could not have been easier. I love Samsung products,
