Very easy to setup and use. The remote control serves as a very simple universal remote. The TV guided setup is a bliss. Excellent image and definition like only a Samsung screen can deliver. Very simple menu though. Lacks options that my previous Samsung unit had. Everything is plug and play. Very happy with purchase. The price is very fair and even more with the 24mo payment plan.

Samsung tvs are the best. This one not being top of the line but in-between has been a good investment for me. It is comparable to the 8 Series, which I also have, with minimal differences. I look for value, quality, and price when shopping for electronics. This tv fit the requirements for all three: Price, quality, and value.

Abs. Love this tv it has remarkable colors, quality, it is definitely one of the best televisions I ever owned. The one and only thing that is a setback is (and it's not necessarily for myself) but for those who are NOt very Tech savvy such as some elderly folk (Mom) ❣️, it can be very difficult to navigate getting around without getting to stressed to just go from Netflix back to thier TV carrier (I have had this problem repeatedly) and I'd your not able to be rite there to physically do it, thier left stranded and stuck on..i.e. Samsung TV, Videos, Netflix, (you get the drift) Is there possibly ANY fool proof way for those who want the awesomeness of today's phenomenal TV experience without being so afraid to USE thier TV? And All it has to offer?? Im sure I'm not the only one who has had this dilemma, heck EVEN if you are tech savvy, it can still be very challenging to work and understand your "Smart TV" So what do you do when your television is "Smarter than you"? If nothing else, please can there be any help or easier way my Mom can enjoy Netflix, Prime, Etc, without having to wait a month before someone can get to her house because she hit a wrong button and can't get back to her Dish Tv?? I got her this wonderful TV so she can enjoy the beauty of it. Can you make a the same quality but with less craziness? Thanks The TV is AAAAAA++++++

After waiting 7 years to upgrade my tv I finally made the move and got this bad boy. Its absolutely stunning and I've very happy with it. So far the money was well worth the purchase. Its got a very clear picture. Many nice and fun feature and its just all so smooth and easy to use. I feel like I really upgraded my lifestyle with it. I highly recommend this tv.

I have been a Samsung fan for awhile and this tv does not disappoint. Great picture. Paired it with a Samsung sound bar for great sound. Features are easy to use and connecting to other devices, while not simple, does not require a P.H.D. in electrical engineering. Reasonable price for the quality you get.

met all our needs and price was within our budget. greating picture, able to see from all angles in our living room. nice screen saver feature and internet browsing. the remote could have been better layout. but smart app works fine w phone.

Hardware Setup instruction was easy to follow. Setting up applications also easy for the novice. Getting into apps like Netflix or Hulu was very easy. I added a soundbar and Alexa Cube. Both communicated with the Samsung television without any issues. The picture is excellent. I would recommend the Samsung phone app to more easily adjust some TV settings.

I was a little hesitant to switch to a Samsung since I’ve always had Sony as my main brand. I have to say I am more than happy with this tv! The colors are excellent, and the set up was super easy! Apps I need are available and easy to access them! Will be looking for another great deal to upgrade my current tv in the basement!

This was wall mounted by Best Buy, After 5 days of fair picture quality, it suddenly became very good. Things to know. 1. The Samsung remote is interesting. I have a Sonos Playbar connected via optical. This OEM remote does not control volume or mute the TV, when using optical. My DTV remote and my older Samsung TV with the colorful magic button, do. I called Samsung and the Geek Squad. BB Geek knew the issue and said something about Samsung removing RF, or something like that, from this remote. Complaints on this issue in Samsung Forum. Crazy. I have a trouble ticket number from Samsung. 2. My 2014 remote works very well with this TV. I recommend getting one. The one with the colorful magic button. Very inexpensive. Press the magic button and the Tizen software display opens up. That remote allows quicker access to many functions, The 2014/remote does not have a microphone to talk to Alexa. 3. The Tizen software system is great. 4. This 2020 TV only has 3 HDMI and is only 60 hz, a real throwback. My summary sounds like it goes with a 2 rating. The great Tizen OS brings it to a 4. I passed on Sony because many buyers hated their software. I will gladly accept a slighter lower picture quality, in return for an enjoyable OS. I get no ads, a complaint of many. Maybe the BB installer knew how to bypass the ads. Hint. I went to the installed You Tube App and selected white screen, black screen, gray screen. All looked great. No evidence of dead pixels. The black was very black. A little off color on the white and gray screen, along the very edges. I guess that’s edge lighting, Hint. I got the BB Total Tech Support when I got the TV. Also the 5 year warranty. This is a no brainer if you want someone to wall mount it for you. Also gives you 20% on all warranty purchases, and $ 49 installation on everything. That includes dishwashers, routers, TV calibration, whatever. BB is the only retailer whose extended warranty includes removing a wall mounted TV for repair, providing they wall mounted it. This TV provides beautiful color and clarity for almost everything - only complaint is live action sporting events - the processor can’t seem to handle the detail integrity of the players as they move through action, consistently blurry. Fairly disappointing, as this TV was specifically recommended by Best Buy staff as one best available for live sports. Otherwise the sound, ease of use, and range of features make this TV a great value.

We love our new Q60 series 65" tv. The picture is clear and crisp. The smart functions are also superior to my old Samsung. Including being able to access Disney Plus!! We upgraded from an old 50" tv and it was the best decision. Only complaint so far is that scenes that are dark to begin with are difficult to see in a bright room.

This TV has a great picture. The apps are quick and responsive. The apple airplay compatibility is really cool. The remote is RF compatible for those with Xfinity boxes. The only downside is that the voice control for the bixby smart assistant is wonky. I turned off hey bixby and I use the voice button on the remote instead.

The TV speaks for itself, we have an 82 Q6 in the living room and wanted one for the bedroom but had been putting it off. We purchased in the heart of COVID19. My wife is an Executive Director for an Assisted Living Facility, she is also hi risk to the virus with Asthma. She had also had laryngitis since February and couldn’t talk due to a polyp on her larynx. She was having surgery the day after Easter to have it removed and hopefully be able to talk to her residents again to assure and comfort them while going through this pandemic. I wanted to surprise her while she was recovering at home with the tv. I caught the Easter Sunday sale and purchased it to pickup the following Tuesday. When we arrived at the store for curbside pickup everything went flawlessly. Social distancing was top priority and it took about five minutes for them to identify it was us, get the tv and load it for us. Really made my wife feel safe, because she had to come along to see what I was up to, and the guys at the store were great. Thanks for coming up with a plan of action in these crazy times.

I have had this to for a bit over a month. Some of the comments gave me second thoughts but glad I bypassed then and purchase the tv. Sound is good, setup and interaction were easy. Picture is crisp and sharp. Only thing I do not like about the tv is the legs they stand on. Very slim legs and far apart but sturdy.
