Sound is better than expected. Good interface. Why it's a Q60A is beyond me. The screen is 65", not 60" Shouldn't it be a Q65A? Just asking.

We chose to have our tv delivered and set up. The two Geek Squad members were professional, friendly, and patient while we learned to navigate our new tv, and only left when we were comfortable. They also left us a business card with a number we can call anytime we run into trouble. We are very glad we chose Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
