New Samsung QLED

I was thrilled that my 10 year old wall bracket fit this new, larger TV. 4* because some of the dark shows/movies I've watched have really looked washed out and hard to see. That was consistent through all 4 picture modes. I can try to make some tweaks but I shouldnt have to do that with different settings programmed already.

Look for a different model

I have to say I’m not a fan of this model. It may be the constant connection issues I have with the tv and my internet (have been told several times it’s a Samsung cliché). Plus hate the little remote control, so hard to use, had to review YouTube video to figure out. Overall, Ok

Suits our needs

Pros: Good color accuracy out of the box. Works well with our cable system. Cons: television has to be turned up quite loud in order to hear it well. This may be due to the fact that the television is very thin. Overall a good replacement television. We purchased the five year extended warranty based on the experience with our previous television.
