    We were going in for a TV in a different bedroom. When my wife saw this TV and talked to the Salesman, we got a better 65" TV in our master bedroom and rotated our 55" to that bedroom. Geek Squad is Fantastic. Thank you Geek squad for making that rotation and hooking up our firestick in both.

    The tv picture is amazing and the sound is great but the reason I gave it only 3 stars is due to the limited amount of internal memory on the tv. If you had an older boy smart tv and used something like a fire-stick that was loaded with apps, don’t think that this smart tv will function the same with that many apps. I do not have cable so I use streaming services for my tv watching experience, and this tv does not person any where near the same as an additional smart device. If you open 2+ more apps while the tv has not been rebooted, expect EXTREMELY slow movement, failing apps, and loading screens. It wouldn’t be all that bad if I could delete some of the apps that come with the tv, but you can’t. Not worth the money in my opinion if you’re a streamer and do not want t purchase an additional smart device since this TV is supposed to have that.

      We appreciate you sharing your feedback on Samsung's Q60B TV. If you’re running out of space on your TV, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

      1) Go to Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual > Device Care
      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      2) Remove apps you no longer need. Press the Home button, then navigate to Media > Apps > Settings. Click the app you’d like to remove and select Delete from the pop-up menu.

      3) Please check to see if you are running the latest firmware version by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for convenience.

    This is the best TV I’ve ever bought. I thought the 65” would be too big but it fits nice in my open floor plan living room. Great picture quality and the smart tv apps are very user friendly.

    Fantastic tv. The quality of picture is unmatched! I play my ps5 on it and I’ve never seen more realistic video game graphics. Movies also look better. As a smart tv, it’s amazing.

    The picture quality is nice and the sound quality is surprisingly good. However, the TV screen shows some irregular bright spots around the edges after some use. They replaced my TV once thinking that it was a defective product but the new one has the same issue. It's only noticeable when displaying dark backgrounds but the fact that both have this issue indicates it may be a design flaw. I bought this TV on sale, and for the price I paid I'm happy with it, but I don't know that I would have paid the full price knowing what I know now.

    I expected a lot more from samsung. Very disappointed. Was even thinking of returning the tv but that would be more work and more time wasted. The color on the tv is my biggest problem. Colors are not good. Its like they have a grey haze over them. Like if you mix a little bit of white paint on colors. The color black is not even black. Its more grey than black. If you stand on the side by the side of tv youll only see white. You HAVE to stand directly across from the tv so you dont see the haze as much. Control is SO PLAIN! And to switch between regular tv, streaming app, and hdmi devices is such a pain! No button on control to switch easily between them. Sound is okay from the tv. Get the better tv. Or youll regret it.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

    Bought this tv to replace my 65 inch vizio. What a differance in quality. The samsung is better built, better price, better pictire. Could'nt be happier.

    The Samsung tv is fantastic. It has a great speaker and the visuals are crystal clear. I love it when we watch movies on it because it feels like we're in the theaters. I love the different modes.

    The TV is great and we haven’t had any problems with it in use as well as assembly and installation. Store service purchasing the TV was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. There wasn’t any store clerk in the TV department to answer a number of questions that I had. I ended up taking basically the only 65 inch TV I could find and loading it on a cart by myself. I then could have easily wheeled it out to my car without paying. Instead I stood in a long line with very slow service. Bottom line is that it was a good TV HORRIBLE STORE EXPERIENCE.

    Pretty good, the volume could be better. The lag between switching media and games is quite annoying. I have to turn the TV off and back on in order for the lag and freeze to release itself. The feature of having start from the last app used is nice though.

    THIS IS great tv ... big big " ) still learning all the functions ... and looks like you can connect every thing to it " ) the wifi is so good you do not need to hard wire to your router .. well worth the money

    Day time visibility is good and auto-dimming feature works good for night time. Samsung UI is acceptable but get a chromecast for better experience and for things like vpn.
