Almost perfect TV... almost

Sad as it is, I love the simulated "tube TV" turn on and off animation. Reminds me of my childhood. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it shuts off randomly while watching it once a week I don't know why, and it turns right back on when I use the remote, but there might be a bug somewhere in the TV. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning!

We appreciate you sharing your experience with Samsung's Q60B TV. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.
See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer
If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer have been enabled and disable it.
- Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off
- Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Off Timer
Please also check to see if your TV has any software updates available. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Great Samsung Upgrade!

I had to have an older model replaced that I gifted myself back in September 2021. The screen just went totally black when I turned it on. This was a surprise since I have two older Samsungs and have had no problems with them. However, I bought a newer model that was an upgrade from the first one. I love all of its features. So far so good. Hopefully, my satisfaction continues.
