Great TV but no NBATV app

I like the ease of setup. I will note… if you had an older wall mount you will need to get shorter screws for mounting to this set. The holes are not as deep as the old Samsungs. Just stop by your local hardware store to match the thread #8 metric if I recall.

Used Best Buy to deliver and mount on wall. They were excellent. Extremely careful and moved my existing tv to another room included in price. So far the tv is great. All my tv’s are Samsung and I’ve had nothing but great experience with that brand so I’m sticking to it. My oldest Samsung is over 10 years old and still plays beautifully.

Love It, but not the fake Geek Squad you guys use

Thankfully a true Geek Squad crew installed it. Unlike the fake Geek Squad crew that had been sent to hack up my Sonos Sound Bar and Wi-Fi capabilities while putting together my tv table.

Backlight bleeding

Ouch. Remote.

Remote sensor on the bottom right of tv is vert difficult to get too. Tv is on a dresser need to hold remote up high. Voice activated remote does not work. I need to plug in remote to charge that ridiculous. Tv is in bedroom. Not much light. Tried all options including an 90 min chat with y’all. Won’t activate. Tried all three options. Own 3 other tvs with voice all Samsung. Plug in other tv and activate is instant. Sound bar is Samsung And won’t stay on. Keeps jumping back from tv speaker to sound bar. Finally you are picking up old and delivering replacement. I am very concerned about gettin same tv. Standing in front of tv sensor holding remote can’t activate Netflix. Hit Netflix and it jumps to Hulu. I am at a loss for words.

I’m sorry to hear your Q60B TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote still will not pair:
1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
