    TV is working fine. Would rate TV at 4.5. Store personnel would rate at 2. Personnel did not do what they said would. Took too long to check out. Not sure she knew her responsibilities or how to check someone out. I have always liked this Best Buy, but would not recommend this store anymore. Lack of customer service!

    Replacing a 2019 55" LED Samsung as our main TV. Outstanding picture, as it should be. This interface seems to be a bit more complicated than the 2019 Smart Hub. I'm sure it willet better as time goes by.

    Overall, we’ve been happy with this TV. We did have an issue with the audio going out unexpectedly, but after a call to Samsung and running some diagnostics and rebooting, it came back up. We’ve only had the tv for 5 months, so it does make me nervous for the long haul…
