Frame Separating on One Side

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have been pleased with this tv and it serves the purpose it was purchased for - it is used in a sun room so may be turned on total of 6-8 hours per week total. The tv is ceiling mounted to allow for clearance and the set up works and looks great. Our issue is that the frame is separating on one side. I noticed another reviewer posted the same issue. I guess we'll be contacting warranty to see what our options are. This shouldn't be happening - most large tvs are wall/celiling mounted without issue.

The delivery people were great and really knew their stuff. The sound bar was set up in no time at all. I was impressed with the ease the team was able to hook it up to the Internet and install my apps accordingly with no problem at all. So far so good. I am one happy camper. Thank you Best Buy.
