    One of the easiest purchases I have ever made.The young lady,Kaylee, that helped me was very polite and professional as well.Seemed to know exactly what she was talking about.The two people that delivered the TV were also very courteous.All worked out very painless.

    Very good panel for the price paid. Two things to note: Use good 4K/8K hdmi cables if interfacing with an a/v receiver. On board apps such Prime and DirectTv Stream work well with good wifi speed. Replacing 11 old Samsung.

    Picture quality is fine. Volume is quirky and often is very delayed in responding, then volume kicks in and is full blast. Also, when you turn the TV on, it is also quite delayed.

    Started out as a great TV. Now there is a large yellow block in the middle of the tv. Best Buy technician told me that the color monitor is blown inside and I will need a whole new tv.

    Nothing that we were told it would be. We originally picked the fire tv and was told no longer available. This tv was to be best comparison. I say far from it…

    This is the 1st Samsung TV I have bought in years. The UI is terrible and navigation is not at all intuitive. The image blurs when we cast spreadsheets from PCs.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      Redesigned in 2022, Next Home pulls opens a separate menu that is easier to see and navigate. In addition to the new layout, Next Home has a convenient sidebar on the left. The sidebar is broken down into multiple sections, categorizing different features and settings in a streamlined design. To open Next Home, just press the Home button on your remote. The following tabs will be available:

      1. Privacy Choices: Review your TV’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Privacy Center
      2. Search: Instead of browsing content aimlessly, you can search for specific movies or shows by typing out keywords in the search bar at the top or saying a command using your remote. Your recent Search History and Popular searches will appear on this page as well.
      3. Ambient Mode: Access Ambient Mode settings to customize your TV’s screen when it isn’t being used. You can make your TV display a relaxing photo, a picturesque image, or a funky background to keep things interesting. And if you’re into NFT artwork, Ambient Mode now has an entire NFT section with content from the Nifty Gateway marketplace!
      4. Gaming Hub: Run out of console games to play? Check out the new Gaming Hub, a discovery platform that includes games you can stream right on your TV! Browse new releases, indie gems, or simply go back to that one game you can't put down. There are also multiple playing options, so the possibilities are endless.
      5. Media: Your hub for all things entertainment. Available streaming apps will display at the top of the screen, such as Netflix, Samsung TV Plus, and more. Next Home will learn your viewing patterns over time and suggest movies and shows based on what you like.
      6. Menu: The Menu tab lets you access Settings and Connected Devices. From here, you can access or change most settings on your TV. And of course, you can manage any devices you’ve previously connected or would like to pair.

    Not happy with this tv at all. It has given us a multitude of problems, all related to WiFi connectivity. Geek squad have visited my home five times to repair this tv. It is junk and just takes up wall space.

    We have another Samsung 65" TV. The QLED is little better on the resolution. Although far better on the video replays..AKA, slo-mos.
