Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv quality is great - sound is eh, but fine with a sound bar…we purchased a Sonos sound bar to pair and couldn’t find where to plug the digital optic cable - our tv is mounted on a universal mount which completely covers the input for the digital optic cable - lots of modifications required in order to attach so kind of annoying. Every universal mount covered that port

Multiple issues including one requiring a factory reset. Remote will lock up and sometimes take 20 seconds to respond. Was hoping for a step forward from older Samsung TV's we have, but the UI is a step backward in this TV.

He was informative and professional. We are happy with our purchase. TV is a major upgrade. Had to use our sound bar to hear better. I think the speaker is in the back which makes it very hard to hear. So we put our sound bar on and now we can hear it without having it up almost on max to hear conversation.
