    This TV is still under warranty. It has developed a software problem. I spent time on the phone with Samsung tech support. They were unable to resolve the issue. The earliest appointment Best Buy could give me to address this issue was three weeks! This is a reflection on both Best Buy and Samsung. Something must be going on with Best Buy. It is no longer a reliable product and service provider. Three weeks is ridiculous. Is Best Buy going broke? It can't afford to maintain a staff to keep up with demands for services?

    Got this for a conference room the picture quality is a decent quality but not great. I purchased online and probable would have probably gone up in quality to better view shared applications.

    This TV is nice and thin with cool features. The picture (in my opinion) is no better than my 55” Samsung 8000 series TV that is 3.5 years old.

    This tv is such a joy to watch. The 4k is wonderful. Now watching on my other tv, seems so blurry.

    Avg picture on the Samsung 65 Q60C Qled

    Delivery was smooth and professional. The Q60C Qled is a little disappointing the picture is not as crystal clear as it claims on the description. It is a good tv but not the best picture.

      Hi GlosTV,

      I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the clarity of your Q60C TV. If you’re noticing blurring or juddering on the screen, try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings to improve your image. Go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off.
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched.
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

      Furthermore, here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:
      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and set-top box to UHD or HD.
      4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
      5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

    This is my fifth Samsung tv and all have been great prior to this one. After 45 days the tv would not connect to WiFi. I unfortunately couldn’t return. Samsung did come out and after the third time, the were able to replace a part that resolved it. However, it still disconnects randomly. The main issue is the color. Very dull and I cannot seem to fix. Brightness is horrible and I have it maxed out. My other Samsungs which are 3 and 4 years older are 1000 times better than this one. I will most likely throw it away and need to really consider if I’ll stick with Samsung going forward.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
