It has developed a software problem. I spent time on the phone with Samsung tech support. They were unable to resolve the issue. The earliest appointment Best Buy could give me to address this issue was three weeks! This is a reflection on both Best Buy and Samsung. Something must be going on with Best Buy. It is no longer a reliable product and service provider. Three weeks is ridiculous. Is Best Buy going broke? It can't afford to maintain a staff to keep up with demands for services?
