Not sure why the picture is a bit fuzzy upon turning the TV on or changing channels. However, the pictures slowly becomes focused and then becomes clear. Never had a TV do this before, but we will need to read up on this to understand why this happens. Unclear if this is a feature of the TV. We do like the TV thus far. :-)

It is the right size for my living room. The only downfall is I needed to purchase a sound bar because the sounds is very low because it sits against the wall instead of mounted.

So far, we are very happy with this new Samsung. The Geek Squad installed it and the servicemen could not have been nicer. Kudos to Best Buy for standing behind their product.

I purchased anohter brand and I had to return it. I should just stick with Samsung, once I received my Samsung we are happy. Just enjoy the picture. !!!

Finally got it set up and everything appears to be working well.

The difference in screen quality is incredible. It was a great value for the money. While the neo-oled is better, this is a big step up from anything we have. Love it.

Then why 3 star rating? The sound. It is terrible! Currently the tv is $799. Figure to spend a minimum of 3-4 hundred more on a sound bar. Even at the top volume this thing is not loud. I still may take it back.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's Q60C TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.
You can choose from various Sound Modes that may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.
Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

Picture resolution is great and I no longer need a sound bar to have good audio. Setup was also easy and I was able to do the install myself.

I wanted to go OLED but decided to wait until I buy a home to make the more expensive purchase. QLED may not be the best on the market, but it's pretty darn good. Really loving Filmmaker Mode, and the integration of my smart devices.
